"The Mac Cheese balls were quite good, and the ribs were tender with a tasty BBQ sauce. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes. Overall, I'd rate the experience around 3.5 out of 5. However, the chicken, while packed with flavor, was dry and tough to cut and chew. Additionally, I ordered the BJ's Hot Fudge Brownie Pizookie, but only received the brownie itself, which was disappointing. Lastly, I didn’t see anywhere to request utensils or napkins. I might be nitpicking, but I thought it was standard to include that, especially with ribs."

The ribeye steak I ordered was undercooked. I requested it to be medium, which should have a warm pink center, but the middle of the steak was red and completely raw.
