"I visited George's Market to return some items and buy fresh salads from their salad bar. As a new customer, I decided to give it a try but two incidents left me with a negative impression. Firstly, the lady at the customer service desk was not very friendly when I wanted to return opened but lightly used items. Instead of explaining the store policy kindly, she was rather abrupt. Secondly, when I tried to take home some empty plastic containers for my salads, I was surprised to learn that they were not free. The woman at the register was unfriendly when she saw them in my cart and informed me that they cost $1.25 each. I explained that I was unaware of this policy but she was still abrupt. Despite the store's beauty, the poor customer service has deterred me from making it my regular grocery shopping destination."

"We began our meal with appetizers, which were served quickly. The calamari was a favorite, and the bruschetta was delicious. However, the burrata cheese paired with tomatoes, beets, prosciutto, and a balsamic drizzle was absolutely fabulous. Our party of six shared three appetizers, which were just enough. Two members ordered the lobster ravioli, which they found delightful, while another two enjoyed rigatoni with vodka sauce—one with chicken and the other with shrimp—and both declared it excellent. One guest opted for the lamb special, which came with creamy risotto that was to die for; several people at the table wished they had ordered it as well. Another person tried the chicken and orzo soup, praising it as delicious, and followed it up with a beautifully presented chicken Caesar salad. Overall, we had a lovely evening and are eager to return for another visit."

"I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at this restaurant. I placed an online order for pizza and wings, using a voucher that was advertised on their website. The coupon was accepted, and my order went through smoothly. However, just ten minutes later, I received a call from the store informing me that they could not honor the voucher. I pointed out that it was listed on their website, but the caller was quite rude, insisting that the order would cost an additional $10 for the wings. He even suggested that I could cancel my order if I wanted to. When I explained that I couldn't accept a partial order and asked them to cancel everything, he responded with an inappropriate remark and hung up on me. I was completely shocked by the way I was treated. I would never want to return to a place that treats customers like this. Never again."

"Really enjoy the platters here. We ordered two different platters one was our choice of 4 special rolls and 5 classic rolls, and the other was a chefs choice of rolls. Both were tasty and they gave a TON of wasabi, ginger and soy sauce. Portions were nice. I am also allergic to mangoes so they easily accommodated and gave us different rolls in the chefs choice than what we ordered in the other tray.Overall the rolls were pretty good and tasted pretty fresh. I would say the variety was there but overall the taste of each roll started tasting the same each roll had a different mix of what felt like spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, eel, avocado, crab meat, etc.Overall not the best sushi I’ve ever had but definitely hit the cravings especially with the party platters and the variety.Note: takeout only!! There is no dine in."

"I went here after work to get pad Thai and I ordered it to go. When I ordered it online, it told me how long it would take, which was about 30 minutes, but it never notified me when it was ready. By the time I got there, the restaurant was suspiciously empty (especially around 5 o'clock in the afternoon). The staff was extremely nice and the transaction of me picking up my to-go item was very easy. When I got home and tried this pad Thai, I was very disappointed. There was no flavor at all and the chicken that I had included in my pad Thai had a suspicious smell. Because of all those things I threw it out since I didn't want to risk it. I'm not saying this place is bad. Maybe there are other things that are a lot better but on my perspective on the pad Thai, just don't get it, it's really not worth it."
