"There are limited options for eating gluten free in Roseburg. Smokin Friday BBQ is the cheapest, fastest, and most consistent option for me and my son to get GF food. We usually buy a family meal, an extra side, and a pound of chicken and get enough food for two full meals for our family of three plus a snack and a few shreds for the puppies. While it’s not my favorite BBQ of all time, it’s consistently good and that counts for a lot when you’re short on time and money. We’ve been going here weekly for several weeks and they’ve only ever made one mistake which is *amazing* for drive thru meals in this area. They were happy to make it right and extremely gracious and apologetic when I came back. No one in my house has had a gluten reaction to anything GF we’ve purchased at this place. So anyway: cheap, fast, reliable, tasty, and safe!"

We are regulars at the Roseburg branch and these ladies are absolutely wonderful. They remember my husbands and my order every time and the food is truly fresh and delicious. Keep up the excellent service!

Stopped by today to get some grub and the food was fantastic. I got a tri tip sandwich a lb of tri tip, coleslaw and potato salad with a Coke and frozen lemonade. Customer service was excellent thank you for our first time experience . We Will definitely frequent your place more!

I love their food! Everything I've tried has been excellent, but I'm especially addicted to the Southwest bowl. The prices are very fair, especially considering how much food you get. I ordered 2#’s of pork some sides, the corn muffins were left out of my bag when I called they already knew their mistake. The mashed potatoes and gravy was so (Salty) they were inedible, this kind of ruined the meal for me. The BBQ was fair not anything that blew my socks off, but when you have no sides to eat with it well it truly sucks. This reminds me more of Fast Food than anything that supposedly is voted best, of course the size of the comparison area that ain’t saying much!!

I usually hesitate to leave negative reviews, especially when the staff are so great. I don't want to hold the employees responsible for the issues I encountered; it appears to stem from management. Unfortunately, the meal just didn't meet expectations. The chicken was decent, and the BBQ sauce was passable, but everything else fell flat. The green beans were watery and devoid of flavor, while the mashed potatoes tasted suspiciously like they came from a boxed mix. The sautéed onions and garlic slaw were equally disappointing. It's difficult to articulate a dish that is both tasteless and unpleasant in a way that lingers, but that was my experience.
