I work at a different Smoothie King, but I visited this location because it was closer to me. I was really impressed by the amazing customer service, and the smoothie was absolutely delicious. The staff was super friendly!

I ordered through Uber Eats, but the driver didn’t receive my full order. When I called to find out what happened, they informed me that my order was still waiting for me. However, they suggested that I could come pick it up...? This makes me think that drug testing in the workplace should definitely be considered.

It was quiet atmosphere. The customer service was good but it wasn't happy smiling interacting. As you can see it was very clean and neat organized. They even had vegan choices. The be berry sting was delicious! The food is good so I would go back hopefully next time they be a bit more uplifting in there but overall I would go back View menu

I always come here and the staff is good at keeping the line moving. However, I ordered an açaí bowl today, a PB swizzle to be exact and omg this has to be the biggest let down. The açaí was pure juice and no thickness, the bananas on top were brown and soggy. The fruit was floating within the acai juice. I'll stick to my vanilla gladiator smoothie.

I just received my first item from this location, and it was a smoothie bowl delivered by DoorDash. First of all, it wasn't sealed from the store. Most disturbingly and disgusting is that towards the bottom of the bowl was a human hair that I was able to remove and take photos of. I'm way beyond sick to my stomach. I want my money returned and a gift card worth enough for a few smoothie bowls in the future from a different location for sure.

I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant, especially online. The smoothies are constantly inconsistent – I've never received the same one twice, and they're often not drinkable. If you want to get a refund, you'll have to deal with the hassle of contacting the store, but this location has disabled its phone line, so calls go straight to a voicemail that is full and not accepting new messages. This place has been unreliable for a year, and I won't be trying again. I hope management takes steps to improve, for the sake of their business. View menu
