"BEWARE! FOOD IS GARBAGE! TOTAL RIP OFF!This place is a very sore excuse for a Japanese restaurant! I went for lunch on Sunday, February 5, 2023. I ordered the New York strip steak (medium rare) platter consisting of what I thought was to be a whole steak, fresh vegetables, 4 California sushi rolls, 2 fried dumplings, and fried rice. In addition, I order the shrimp tempura appetizer. The steak was cut into small pieces in a gravy and overdone. Who knows what kind of steak this was at all. The vegetables were obviously frozen and overcooked. The dumplings were very small and dry, and the rice nothing of note. The rolls were 2 rolls cut into 4 pieces. The tempura consisted of 4 very small shrimps with a very coarse batter. The worst Tempura I have ever eaten in my life. The entire meal was barely eatable. The service was good; however, the prices for what I received are outrageous. I have had better cafeteria food. It is a shame that the local London residents don 't know what good authentic Japanese food looks and tastes like. They need to venture into Columbus for an authentic experience. I will be surprised if this place stays open very long. I certainly won 't be back."

"Amazing little restaurant full of fantastic people and incredible food! I 've only been here one time, but I can 't say enough good things about this restaurant and their staff. We are a couple of guys, members of a race team stuck in our 18-wheeler race car hauler at the TA truck stop just off I-70. We stopped here because they supposedly had an Iron Skillet Restaurant but that is closed because of covid. The last thing we wanted was another fast food meal. We looked on Google for a good sit-down restaurant and found Tony 's. Looked like they had great reviews. Called them to make sure they were actually open and they confirmed that they were open for dine-in until 9. I said that 's great, I 'll get a ride with Uber and be over there shortly . They said there is no Uber service here. Then offered to have their delivery driver come pick us up and take us to the restaurant, and then bring us back to our truck. I was floored! That is customer service! We asked him to pick us up at 7 and he was here at 7 on the DOT. Took us over to the restaurant where we had fantastic dinners and a couple of drinks. I had the sirloin which was cooked perfectly medium rare. Baked potato and green beans. Also cooked perfectly, I could drink the green bean juice it was so good. The salad that came with our meal was amazing. Not any salad out of a bag either, fresh chopped and diced ingredients. Cucumber, onion, tomato, real lettuce, not iceberg. We had the stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer, they are stuffed with cream cheese and fried in a light crispy batter. Get the Texas ranch, you won 't be disappointed. This advice is coming from a true Texan by the way. The service was fantastic, the place was clean, even the restrooms. We had a great time chatting with the servers, bartender and everyone there. Even the customers were a great crowd. If I could give this place six stars I would. Every time I pass through Ohio, I will make sure to stop at Tony 's!"

"My family ordered five dishes. Everyone else liked their food. I ordered crispy sesame chicken and it was anything but crispy. The chicken was literally in a pool of almost entirely water-liquid. The water steamed the chicken breading so it was mushy, slimy and disgusting. The other problem was the chicken itself. Or whatever it was, because it wasn 't chicken. It was as you 'd imagine biting into a sponge would be. It was all I could do to gag down two pieces and now my stomach hurts. I go hungry."

"I ordered takeout for my mom and when I got home, the chicken fajitas were missing the queso. I had to drive back to the restaurant 15 minutes away to get the missing item. They apologized and gave me a new order of chicken fajitas, but they didn't replace the rice, beans, and tortillas so they were cold by the time I got back home. I had to reheat everything multiple times which made for a frustrating evening. I wish they had just given me a new complete order instead of just the missing item. After two trips back and forth, I finally sat down to eat my dinner, only for the ice to melt on the way home. It was a long day and I was hoping to avoid cooking."

"When I arrived home with to go order realized my sausage gravy and hash browns were not in bag. I did go back to pick up . When arrived back home husband informed me his triangle donuts was supposed to have a dipping icing and the small container was there but empty. I proceeded to get my food together to find my cup of gravy was only half full, my biscuits were so hard I could only eat the inside and my hash browns were burnt. Not sure if it's because it's a to go order and they normally don't have to face the customer but this was ridiculous. This is my first review ever thats how bad it was."
