"I have dined at this restaurant a few times over the years, and I have to say that while I initially enjoyed my meals, the quality has steadily declined with each visit. This trend culminated in today's Mother's Day brunch, where I received possibly the worst food order ever. I ordered takeout and after waiting 1.5 hours, I received uncooked pancakes and a flavorless tofu scramble with no seasoning, not even salt or pepper. It was inedible and very expensive. I felt terrible for bringing this to my mom and ended up taking her to dinner elsewhere as an apology. I understand that busy days like Mother's Day can be challenging, but if a restaurant cannot provide edible food to all customers, they should cap the number of orders they take. I will not be dining here again."

This place is very busy especially on the weekends. However, it is busy for a reason. The pineapple upside pancakes are absolutely delicious. I definitely will be back to try something else that I hope will also be delicious.

I loved this place. The service was as great, and the seating was awesome! I ordered the corned beef hash and it was really hearty and delicious! I also ordered the chai tea with half n half and it was well done. Seriously a must-go in Arizona.

Had a late breakfast with my kiddos and ordered the OMG French toast, which was delicious! Checked-in at home and by the time we got there it a was a short wait to sit down and order drinks. Service was good, our waitress was so nice. Kids thought it was super loud, but other than that we all enjoyed our meals. View menu

Service with Ashley was great! Kids were happy with their meals. We were celebrating a bday. Wish the bacon was cooked more evenly. Some pieces were soft and others crispy. Sausage link were a little spicy for the kids. Danish pancakes were super rich in flavor. Hashbrown was my favorite. Asked for an over medium egg, but it was over easy.

Perfect place to go after hiking in south mountain. What can be better than mimosas with a smashed avocado Benny? The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because I hate wasting food and it isn?t on the menu nor was I told you can order half portions. Loved that you can get on the wishlist online. Great breakfast will definitely go again.

Saturdays are busy. Join the wait list online well ahead of time to save yourself some trouble. The atmosphere is very retro and cool looking, but the high metal ceilings cause it to be very loud there. Coffee was ok, but when we asked for extra sugar packets they said they were all out. The OMG French toast was excellent. The Garden Harvest omelette was just ok. The asparagus in it was barely cooked, which was a real bummer, but the avocado and mushrooms were delicious. View menu

This particular Snooze location has the same decor as the others, but due to its busy location, it can be loud inside during peak times. The food was mediocre overall, with the grits and shrimp being above average, but the bacon and sausage tasted rancid. We opted not to eat it for fear of getting sick. The children's pancakes were good, particularly with the strawberries. The taste and texture of the pancakes were enjoyable for all of us. One major disappointment was the lack of diet soda - the waitress informed us they had not had any for months. We settled for tap water instead.

My wife and I have been frequenting this Snooze on Ray Street, and I have noticed that the last few times we've been seated in the back of the restaurant in one of two booths. As a multiracial couple (my wife is white and I am Native American), I found this seating pattern curious. When I asked the hostess about it today, she simply explained that it was the area currently in rotation and did not offer us a different booth towards the front of the restaurant. We have dined at various times of the day and always seem to end up in one of those two back booths, despite there being several other booths and tables available. It makes me wonder.

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
