They offer Taiwanese shaved ice, which is distinct from traditional shaved ice because the ice is flavored before it’s frozen and shaved. This twist makes for a wonderfully refreshing experience. They have a variety of flavors to choose from, including fruit, muesli, and tapioca balls. I highly recommend trying the Paradise Snow Bowl, which features a delightful mix of earthy and fruity toppings. Each snow bowl also comes with a syringe filled with condensed milk or another syrup/chocolate for drizzling over your delicious bites. While SnowGenix does serve regular ice and traditional shaved ice, I suggest you try their snow dishes at least once. You won’t be disappointed!"

Why hadn't I heard about this place sooner? The shaved ice here is absolutely fantastic! It's incredible! The combination of Taiwanese shaved ice and liquid nitrogen is truly unique! It's light and melts in your mouth like cotton candy—such an indulgent treat. I can't wait to return, especially if they offer a coffee flavor! Snowgenix delivers an unforgettable experience! My only suggestion is that they should expedite opening a new location in the St. John city center and near the beach! Oh, and just to update, I came back the very next day for seconds!
