"I was recommended this place by a local so decided to give it a try. More specifically what I was recommended was the chipotle raspberry and black bean dip. It is pretty small on the inside and it was busy when we got there (a good sign IMO) but I was able to find a seat at the bar. When I ordered I got the raspberry black bean dip and the steak n ' cheddar melt. When the gentleman at the bar heard what I ordered he leaned over and said the dip is addictive (another good sign). The melt was tasty and the steak was good quality and I would definitely get it again, but as I have mentioned multiple times already, the star was the dip. This is not a flavor combination I 've ever heard of and I can 't believe it took me 40 years to find it. It was amazing. How does it taste? Savory, sweet, creamy, hot (temp), not too spicy, hearty, filling, addictive. The only thing I could think of is how I could copy it and bring it home to everyone I know. So if you are ever in Manhattan, KS definitely stop in and at least try the dip because I can almost guarantee you will not be disappointed. The best burgers in Manhattan, hands down. Neat little place, with an odd hatred for Hank Williams Senior on the walls. Otherwise good vibes. Service has always been fine.
