Sonic Drive-in - Menu

Must be a lot of turnover here because the service varies from slow to ice age. Other Sonics seem to be faster.

sonic is just as good as before. I miss the blt and none of the new burgers looks like they appear on TV; hold on to the class. food: 2/5

Horrible service! Did an order ahead and still had to wait over 20 minutes for 3 drinks and snacks. Then drinks taste horrible. Will be calling corporate. Just go down the road further. View menu

Ordered 3 drinks and still haven’t received them 23 minutes later. Tried to talk to cat hop to get a refund but no response. 2 stars. This has happened before but I know it’s later (10:30pm)

Read these reviews.30 minutes in drive through with 3 cars after sitting at a car hop station for 15 just to never be answered. The owner should be Embarrassed to own such a poorly run restaurant. This is not the first poor experience here but it will be the last.This is the first review I've ever left on a website. But this place needs to see this one.

I had an order through the app and when I arrived, there was only one other car there. I waited for 15 minutes before pressing the help button, but after another 5 minutes, no one came to assist me. I ordered through the app and went to pick it up, but I was having trouble with the app. I pressed the button to notify the staff that I had arrived, but there was no response after waiting for 10 minutes. I then decided to try the drive-thru, thinking the service would be quicker, but sat there for another 15 minutes without assistance. Frustrated, I returned to a stall and waited another 10 minutes for someone to respond to the button. In total, I waited 30 minutes for my order, which I had placed an hour prior.

I placed an online order for pickup and paid for it in advance. When I arrived to collect my order, they informed me that it was not ready and they couldn't assist me. I had somewhere to be and didn’t have time to wait or place a new order, especially since I had already paid. I submitted a complaint on their website requesting a refund, but I never received a response or a refund. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from Sonic again, which is disappointing since I used to enjoy their food. I reached out to Sonic directly through their website three months ago and still haven’t heard anything back. I've given them enough chances, so I'm done.

Ok so In Texas, we 've been over Covid for a while now so seeing that excuse pop up on this review is absurd. I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and have never had such a bad experience. Flat out rude and I get that they are short staffed and have probably shut down the ice cream machine 10 minutes before they close but there is a way to apologize and verbalize in a polite manner that information, rather than apathetically implying tough luck. I 'm now at whataburger having to wait in their long line because the staff decided to close one of their MAJOR money makers and feel their time and getting off earlier is more important than the company making money...
