Best Sonic I've ever been to! Perfectly made Limeade and the sausage brioche sandwich was excellent! I wish this one was closer to where I live!!!

Ordered food and only half of it was correct. Should have just kept driving. I guess the work ethic in Raton is substandard service and incompetence.

I ordered with the app. Got food and got home and realized they missed one of the burgers ordered. I went back and told them and trey made it right with a smile on their face. Thank you! View menu

My best friend really wanted cheese tots, but to our disappointment, they didn’t have them! She ended up getting cheese fries instead, which just can’t compare. She’s feeling down about it, and that makes me sad too. It’s just not the same.

Spent $18.69. Horrible. Fries were limp and cold. Burger cold. Worker disappeared after I placed order. Then came back with a may I help you. I believe for a town that is losing businesses should care about the few customers they have. I will never go back.

Super packed so some things are understandable however not having a bathroom or changing station available for people on road trips is super annoying especially when that isn't apparent until after you order. Ordered my hamburger without cheese, I get cheese on it, my sister ordered a burger with cheese and didn’t get any cheese onions , lettuce or tomato. Also when looking at the app… it says sonic has Oreo espresso coffees but we were told they don’t make them. Also and no hickory smoke for your hamburgers. If the sonic offers these things why aren’t the employees giving what’s on the menus?

We ordered the 5-piece chicken dinner and 2 footlong chili dogs. Unfortunately, the chicken was cold, the gravy was watery, and the hot dogs were burnt. When we brought the food back, the manager shouted and argued with us both over the phone and in person. He made excuses about broken equipment and claimed he had cooked the order himself. If that’s the case, he really shouldn’t be in the kitchen!

The burger was decent, and so were the mozzarella sticks. However, the rest of our experience was quite disappointing. We accidentally received tater tots on top of our other food, but they lacked any flavor. The fries were soft and lumpy. The chicken fingers were the real letdown—they were tough and bland, which is not what I'd expect from a Sonic. Given that this location is somewhat remote, I guess I can't be too harsh, but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything besides burgers and mozzarella sticks here.
