"As a lifelong fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, I was absolutely outraged by my experience at the Sonic Drive-In. The new version of the game played at the restaurant included sand, a feature that was not present in the original game that I grew up with. They ruined my childhood memories with this misguided decision.To make matters worse, the presence of sand in the restaurant itself was a complete and utter insult. Sonic was supposed to be about speed and fun, not sand-filled misery. I was left feeling betrayed and frustrated by this unsonic decision.As a true Sonic fanatic, I cannot recommend the Sonic Drive-In to anyone who loves the classic game. They have destroyed the Sonic experience and it's time for them to make things right. The addition of sand in both the game and restaurant made for an infuriating and unpleasant experience. 1 star. Unimpressive. They tend to overlook you if you opt for the carhop service; it seems they prefer that you use the drive-thru instead.

We've travel 100 of 1000s of miles. We have been too dozens of locations and this was by far the best experience we have a ever had! The location is perfect, food was wonderfully made and the staff/service was excellent!

The service provided by the young ladies was excellent, but I was quite disturbed to find ketchup packets mixed in with my fries. They handle dirty cash and debit cards, and then they touch the ketchup packets that end up in our food. I can only hope their hands were clean.

The employee's are friendly and do a good job. The food is standard Sonic fast food. But the building is very run down, most of the ordering panels have no comunication, broken and never fixed. Inside we observed the phone intercoms at the booths forordering are all distroyed. View menu

Me and my husband were waiting for almost 30 to 45 mins at one stall waiting for someone to take our order. We had to move to another stall to order and finally someone answered. The touch screens don't work at times and the employees here are great I've never had a problem until today.

I was told by staff there is no restroom and, as a family traveling with young children, this was a huge problem. We all needed to use a restroom, wash hands and order a cold treat. Severely disappointed and it should be advertised on the sign that there is no restroom for paying customers. This review should prompt immediate remedy of this problem. This caused us to not order from your restaurant on the way out and back from our destination and will lead to other lost business.
