Food was good and hot. Fastest service ever this time but the waitress never made it back with the ketchup I'd asked for but we all make mistakes. Lord knows I do!

I usually don't have very many issues here but today is unbelievable ive been waiting for 30 minutes and they continue to get my order wrong before bringing food out please read what the customer ordered and check it its not even really that busy right now and they continue to mess it up

Today's visit 5/7 in Adamsville TN: after waiting for more than 10 minutes for our meal we were told the ice cream machine was being cleaned and were asked if we wanted refunds for our shakes or wanted to find out how much longer it would be. We said refund the shakes. Nearly 15 minutes later we were still waiting for the food. I went in to find out what the hold up was....they never explained, but I suspect they forgot to follow through with making the food when they refunded the shakes. Anyway, they apologized and threw in a soda and an extra bit of food for the inconvenience.

I would have given them five stars but I am not a fan of their burgers, but my son and wife really enjoy them. I like their hotdogs pretty well. Their sides such as mozzarella sticks, cheddar peppers, onion rings and the pretzel twist are all really good. Sonic is my go to for drinks! We get drinks from Sonic several times a week. And when we get food from another fast food joint we always get our drinks from Sonic, because they are half price in the app and because Sonic offers the biggest drink, with most flavor options and by far the best tasting fountain drink you can get. I come here often!! Like DAILY! This Sonic is rude and slow! I placed an online order which I do normally after 22 minutes (let me add two cars had pulled in ordered, paid and received their order) so I push the button to see what?s up and they told me ?someone called to cancel your order but we?ll be out? I told her no one called to cancel my order I have been sitting out here waiting as carhops walk past me. They wasn?t busy!! It was about 10:15 am. I don?t have an issue while placing an order in person but it?s ALWAYS an issue online. So they finally brought my order which was then COLD!!! They act like it?s my fault?
