"My friend and I decided to venture outside and discover this restaurant in the city of Mt. Holly. The restaurant was very spacious and not very busy, so we decided to give it a try. We started off with the Pimento cheese dip from the appetizer menu, which was delicious. The chips served with it seemed to be homemade and were flaky and perfect with the Pimento cheese. I ordered the grilled chicken plate with potatoes, roasted okra, and macaroni cheese, while my friend went for the buffalo pack with a baked potato. Both dishes were flavorful and left us satisfied. We made sure to leave room for dessert, as we had heard that their desserts were brought in from a bakery. My friend chose the tres leches cake, and I had the carrot cake, both of which were delicious and tasted like a homemade meal. Alyse was our server and she was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive to our needs. She made sure our drinks were always topped up. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience catching up with my friend over a great meal."

Good service. Bar menu is ehh but restaurant menu food is delicious and we'll worth it. I ordered wings and was disappointed when all I received only drums and 0 flats.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. Brie is exceptionally good at taking care of both elderly customers and children. Ask for her when you visit!

Today was friendly very fast service. Entrees are always delicious. Need to subtract cc fee if paying cash. We always enjoy the variety of side dish selections. Price is very reasonable for portion size quality.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the prices are affordable. It tastes just like a home-cooked meal. I have never had any issues with the service either. The dining area is beautiful and they also offer delivery through Door Dash.

The Mt Holly Burger is AWESOME! It comes with Lettuce, Tomato Red Onion, Thick Sliced Bacon and House Made Creamy Pimento Cheese. It's YUMMY! Honestly, it's one of the most delicious burgers that I've ever eaten! I highly recommend this burger at South Main Kitchen Tavern!
