"I just visited this restaurant for the first time since I work nearby, and I was really disappointed. I absolutely love the one at Portland Mall 205 and expected a similar experience, but I was quite mistaken. I don't understand why the quality varies so much between locations. The chicken was incredibly dry and appeared to have no teriyaki sauce on it. Upon closer inspection, I did see some sauce, but it was so watery that it didn’t cling to the chicken at all. The salad was actually good, which is why I'm giving it two stars. Unfortunately, I'm regretting my $12 spent. I won’t be coming back to this location and can't recommend it to anyone."

Do not associate this establishment with the Soy Grill on Sunnyside road. This place isn't even close to as good! Small protein portions and the only part of the meal that had any warmth was the rice! Thier has to be better teriyaki in Oregon City!Food: 2/5

For something with the word GRILL in the name I would expect the food to look like it had actually touched a grill. I've been to other places like this and the other food tastes grilled with char marks and good grill flavor. I couldn't see or taste any of that here. The food was Ok but not what I was expecting. Service was fine and it was quick. But I'd have waited a little longer to get a better product. View menu

I do not recommend dining here. It took them five minutes just to prepare a single dish, and the chicken didn't taste fresh at all. Additionally, the woman at the front desk was quite rude and lacked basic customer service skills. This restaurant really tarnishes the reputation of soy grill establishments. To make matters worse, she charged me $7.00 for extra chicken this time and $5.00 the last time I visited.

Situated in the parking lot of Safeway on Molalla Ave, this restaurant is run by very nice people. The portion sizes are generous, and the spicy chicken with teriyaki sauce is excellent. However, I've found that the chicken can sometimes be a bit chewy or undercooked. The rice is tasty, and the salad is also enjoyable. It's a convenient stop for a quick meal, and the service is prompt. There is plenty of seating available, whether you choose to eat on-site or wait for your order.
