As a tourist, I has the privilege to being introduced to this place by a local, and it is truly great. Their jerk chicken sandwich is out of this world, and their hot sauce nearing perfection. Love the owner and Mr. John. I appreciate their passion to share Caribbean culture in Takoma. However, their smoothies are horrible. I tried 2 different flavors and couldn’t finish either. My mom enjoys the food there so that’s a plus.
