"At 8am, there were quite a bit of people there (three were waiting for their order and two were in front of us in line). I called them 30min ahead for the pickup order but still had to wait 15 minutes before they had my order ready. I picked up coco de mer and a strawberry guava pillow. My friends got a few brown butter chocolate sea salt cookies to share. The drink was definitely on the bitter side and quite rich. Not sure if they omitted the condensed milk too since I chose the oat milk option... The pastries were definitely the stars of the show. The pillow had just the right amount of tart and it felt like a warm embrace but with buttery crunchy texture. The cookie was sweet but balanced out with the sea salt. Super buttery as well. If I do swing by again, will be trying other pastries for sure and maybe a different drink."

This place is good, even if a little extra. Don't be afraid to stick to the basics, which they do well.

my favorite coffee place. I love the pumpkin seasoning latte, and the Umami bomb is amazingly sourdough toast with avocado, seaweed, lemon, sesame seeds and glue flowers. they're so nice.

This is my top choice for coffee! The pumpkin spice latte is my go-to, and the umami bomb sourdough toast with avocado, seaweed, lemon, sesame seeds, and clover flowers is simply amazing. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

I lived right next to this coffee truck and was addicted to her milk matcha lattes. not only are they delicious, they are also pretty. plus, spro uses ceremonial matcha and not crappy low grade matcha, which makes spending $6 on a matcha latte feel less terrible. View menu

I used to live next to this coffee truck and became hooked on their oat milk matcha lattes. They not only taste great, but they are also visually appealing. Spro uses ceremonial matcha instead of lower quality matcha, making the $6 price for a matcha latte more justified.

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant on more than 5 occasions since October! Their strawberry guava pillow pastry is delicious and unlike anything I've ever had before. I particularly enjoy their mocha pastry, which is one of my top favorites in the city, despite being a little pricey.

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
