"I’ve visited this place three or four times now, and I thought the off-peak season for Holiday World might explain why I couldn’t get a meal here. I came across various Yelp reviews that mentioned different aspects, so as a local, I wanted to give it a try and provide my honest opinion. However, on my last visit, I was informed that I couldn’t dine there because I wasn’t a hotel guest! Really? What kind of establishment has a restaurant but refuses to serve walk-in customers? It seems they don’t think their food is good enough for travelers who aren’t staying there or for locals who might return."

Fantastic dining experience! The buffet prices are reasonable, and the food was quite delicious.

This is hands down the best restaurant to dine at, and their strawberry milkshakes are out of this world!

The restaurant does not serve food to non-hotel guests, which is unfortunate because I live very close by. View menu

The website claims they serve lunch and dinner, but when we arrived, we were informed that they only offer breakfast. When I pointed this out, the staff was quite dismissive.

The restaurant is permanently closed. I was quite disappointed after reserving a week at the hotel where it is located. None of the hotel websites mentioned that the restaurant had been closed for two years. This was truly disappointing. View menu

Went there for a good breakfast after a long day at Holiday World the day before just to find out that breakfast is only served to hotel guests. Luckily we were able to find a Denny's close by. That is probably information that should be posted on your website.

The one person working was super friendly and she was busting her behind and clearly a hard worker. Food was average. Wait time was decent. She scooped the ice for the cups by holding the cup and scooping... so against health code, I didn’t see her using an ice scoop. There was no Christmas music playing, and it really lacked an ambiance at all. There were only 4 other tables seated for 12pm on a Friday. Ultimately, I would have rather ate lunch at my campsite, you won’t be missing out on anything.

"Don 't expect service, food, or hospitality. My daughter and I used to love coming here for years as part of our trips up to Santa Claus. They never had the best of the best pizza, but was a nice tradition for us nonetheless. For the past year or so, we have been encountering either no or cold pizza on the buffet and brown lettuce on the salad bar. The last time we went was when we decided it wasn 't worth even trying anymore. We sat with other customers in the store all waiting for pizza to be placed on the buffet. Once it finally was (after 30 or so minutes) everyone felt the need to grab what they could instead of having an all you can eat BUFFET. We had to skip the salad bar as half of it was missing and the only items left were old and browned. We tried the soup they had out (at 12pm) and it was too cold to eat. Half of the soft drinks were out, there was no ice, and an employee was angrily sweeping the floor making us and another family by her very uncomfortable. After we ate about 3 slices each, we left and haven 't returned since. Unless this place goes under new management, we will not be returning and have been purchasing from other restaurants which have been much better altogether. Brick Oven has unfortunately become a joke to us and we 're surprised they 've stayed in business as long as they have. We have also noticed frequent price changes and have been caught off guard by our total for two people just to end up without an adequate meal for the price. I 've never seen a buffet before where employees are more than willing to take your money, but completely uninterested in putting any food out."
