I 've been here a couple times when I 'm craving a quick bite! Staff has always been friendly, however the food just never tastes fresh. Gives me that been under the heat lamp for too long taste. Unfortunately, I don 't think I 'll be coming back to this place. I do like how they put their own twist on chicken waffles tho! Lol

My coworker told me this place is killer but foods that I ordered almost killed me. I was there last week, ordered chicken chop salad and wings with Nashville flavor. Next day mornings I had badly badly funny stomach and could not go to work bc I needed to take care of my shxt. customer service is ok all tables are mostly dirty bathroom is no comment

Starbird Chicken is a great place to grab a delicious lunch. The salads are fresh and flavorful, and the Nashville hot chicken option provides just the right amount of heat without being too overpowering. This restaurant specializes in quick, fast food with a focus on fried chicken. I have tried their food for takeout, dining in, and delivery. My suggestion is to either pick up the food or dine in if you have the time. The fried chicken is especially delicious when served hot. I also recommend trying their fries - I always end up getting an extra order to share with my roommate. Some of my favorite items from the menu include the Cobb salad, the tenders box, and, of course, the fries!

I always order the Thai Chicken Salad and House Fries with Truffle Aioli sauce! It's so delicious and perfect for splitting this meal into two portions.FOOD [5/5] Thai Chicken Salad [5/5]Comes with two sauces, some sort of spicy red sauce a thick creamy sauce. They are both equally delicious! The salad comes with a great portion of greens and chicken. The chicken is always cooked really well crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. House Fries [5/5]The fries themselves are pretty good quality but the SAUCE!! Amazing! It's super delicious and doesn't have an overwhelming truffle flavor.

We ordered 8 pieces of wings, half Nashville Blazin' and half Garlic Parmesan, along with a side of Nashville fries using the kiosk. The food was prepared quickly, and we picked it up at the counter. My favorite items were the Nashville fries, followed by the Nashville Blazin' wings, and lastly the Garlic Parmesan wings. The Nashville fries were flavorful and the portion size was good for the price. The Nashville Blazin' wings were also tasty, but I probably wouldn't order them again. The Garlic Parmesan wings were lacking in flavor and quite oily, so I did not enjoy them and would not recommend them. The employees were very friendly. I'm shooketh by how many good reviews this place has. I'm the type of person who never throws away barely eaten food as I think it's so wasteful, but man did I just did the unthinkable: I threw away my fries and chicken after trying to force down the saltiest, oiliest, and most stringy chicken I've had since I can remember.Even after eating just a bit of a chicken and fries basket, I already feel like my whole digestive system is just a gigantic pool of grease and salt.The staff were nice and the food came out quickly, but it just -tastes- like both the fries and chicken were sitting out to get to this hard, stale state.We were also sitting outside and they started spraying bleach chemicals...

Came here because they advertise gluten free fried chicken. I asked the staff about the menu as I noticed that their chicken wings aren 't marked as gluten free nor are their churros, but their chicken nuggets, tenders and fries are marked as gluten free. I have Celiac and depend on accurate information to make safe choices when eating as I can consume NO gluten whatsoever. Not even a crumb.The staff completely struggled through answering if they used a shared fryer or not. The fries are cooked in a shared fryer with churros. I actually love to eat salad from Starbird Chicken for years until 2022. Here was what happened.I ordered a salad from them using Grubhub, and my wife went to the restaurant and took the order they made. My wife just came to the USA within a year and still not too good at English so she showed whoever was there the screen of what I ordered. The staff handed her the wrong Salad.Between busy working schedule, I opened the salad box and wanted to enjoy my dinner. I then found out that it 's not what I ordered, and I drove back to the store. I asked someone to took care of the food, and my face was angry but I didn 't say anything bad out of my mouth.
