We had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks. Our order was accurate, the barista at the drive-thru was very friendly, and the service was quick.

The mobile ordering service is rarely available. I ordered coffee through the app yesterday, drove over, and found the business closed—it's been two days in a row due to no staff.

The inside is never open. The line wrapped around the store is a major disappointment. When I can take a break from my drive go inside order or pickup my order but lately that’s not even an option cause the inside is never open. Service: 1 View menu

I want to thank Nick and the Starbucks team for the wonderful job they always do every time I stop. You make your drink exactly how it needs to be done and the food tastes fresh every time. If you have to call for the timing, they are always ready to make things easier for you. I appreciate their efforts every time. Stop the good workers!

What can I say? It's Bucky's Bean Palace. If I could give an extra star for every delicious drop of coffee that comes from their special carafes, I definitely would. Everything at Starbucks is SPOT ON and CONSISTENT. Whatever happened to just having coffee-flavored coffee? You can only get that at Starbucks—just ask for the coffee. It's made from beans (which are vegetables, by the way). You're supposed to eat your vegetables every day! This Bucky's is no exception! Vegetarian options: Coffee (made from beans).

I had to wait 35 minutes for my order. They handed me my sandwich right away, but I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my drink. Who wants to eat a full sandwich without something to drink? By the time my refreshment finally arrived, my grilled cheese was cold, unappetizing, and soggy. It seems like hiring new staff could really help improve things. Working at Starbucks is similar to bartending; there are multiple ingredients to manage in a drink, and speed is essential. The staff behind the counter really lacked a sense of urgency. They should be moving quickly instead of dragging their feet with each order. View menu
