"Outstanding food! Recently, my wife, son, and I decided to try this restaurant for a change, and we really appreciate their patio. It's a wonderful area where you can enjoy drinks and smoke if you’d like. My wife absolutely adores the Reuben sandwich, and I have to say that I really enjoy their burgers. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry between us, it’s a breath of fresh air to discover a clean establishment that offers excellent food and service these days. On our first visit, we were excited to play pool but unfortunately learned that they no longer have tables, despite the photos on their website. Overall, I highly recommend this place—it’s definitely worth a visit!"

A buddy of mine and I were bike riding across Wisconsin. Got caught up in a weather event and were so fortunate to stop in at the stone toad. Welcomed us in, had an awesome lunch and a few beverages as we waited out the lightening. Owner checked in on us a couple of times. Awesome experience

Do not order the “half pound bone in wings” if you are hungry. You will receive 5 skinny wings, about 8 onion rings on the side, 3 babiest of baby carrots, and 1 celery stick cut in 3 for $12.99. That comes out to about $2.50/wing or drummie. Service was great but I will never complain again when other restaurants charge $13-$15 for a pound of wings. View menu

The food was very bland. The cheese curds and fries were the best part. My wife and I had the fish and Mac and cheese. The kids had a chicken sandwich and a burger. No one was impressed at all. The old fashioned had more soda than anything. And was very expensive. 2 adults and 2 kids was $87 before tip. It's definitely not worth it. First and last trip.

The first serving of fish was overcooked and blackened, but the second one was much improved. Unfortunately, our server failed to clear away our dirty dishes and appeared to spend most of her time at the bar. We've enjoyed the burgers here in the past, and they were outstanding. The deep fryer oil is hot, so frozen fish cooks quickly in just a matter of seconds. The restaurant definitely needs some upgrades, but we do plan to return for a burger sometime.
