"The restaurant was poorly stocked, lacking all varieties of cheese except for provolone, as well as only having spinach and lettuce available. When I requested extra pickles for my autistic child, I was informed that they couldn't provide them due to low inventory. My mother-in-law ordered the Titan turkey sandwich but received a standard turkey sandwich instead, which had very few onions and pickles and was made on the wrong type of bread. The staff appeared indifferent and seemed annoyed by the presence of customers. If I could give it zero stars, I would."

I'm not really sure what went wrong today. This location usually makes great sandwiches, but when I ordered three subs today, the meat was completely cold, despite requesting them to be toasted.

I went to the drive-thru to place my order, and the guy was really rude. He forgot to add my order as a combo and then told me I would have to drive all the way around to the speaker box because he couldn't make any changes at the window. View menu

My mother just went in with a coupon and regardless of what coupon it is the employee should try it and show that it doesn’t work! The manager “JD” was very rude to her I heard him over the a phone call I was with my mother at the moment. I understand if he is having a bad so take a break breathe in and out and take care of the customers right!

I ordered a sub from Subway online and requested extra veggies, but they ended up putting fewer veggies on my sandwich. It's frustrating that they don't seem to take their online orders seriously. Only two workers consistently make my sub correctly, and one of them is the guy with the gold Impala—he really knows how to put together a fantastic sandwich. Props to him!

I've gone here to this location no issues, the steph girl and the new girl hire need to ask that guy with a gold impala how to make a sub sanwich. I ordered spicy italian foot long they only put 4 peices of ham and 4 peices of pepperoni. Everytime i goits always been 8ham 8 peperoni for a regular footlong. When i order double its 16 of each. Thank God i didn't order doublecause i would of been overcharged. Plus she threw my change at me even though i never complained to her about my order. Onlygoing back when the guy with gold impala is there. View menu

I was in a hurry driving to Houston and decided to stop by Subway for a quick meal. I thought it wouldn't take long, but it seemed they had a large order ahead of mine. I only wanted a Cold Cut Combo in a 6-inch, but I ended up getting a footlong instead. At $11.00, it was pricier than I had anticipated. I complained a bit but ultimately paid for it. There was someone nearby working on their car who looked like they could use a meal, so I called them over and gave them the sandwich. You never know when someone might need a little extra kindness!

I am very disappointed with the Raymondville Subway restaurant. Bad hygiene practices when making sandwiches. The guy there looks like he hates his job. He was not friendly and ignores customers when making the sandwiches. He basically was making my sandwich and went to the cash register because he got an online order and never changed his glove and started making my sandwich. I didn’t even eat my food because the thought of it grossed me out. You would think during pandemic times people would be more careful with food. Never coming back here again!
