"First, the young lady at the counter got my order wrong not once, but twice, as if she didn’t fully understand my request. Instead of seeking clarification, she simply started heating up my food, prompting me to step in and repeat my order. It’s never a pleasant experience when those taking the orders aren’t paying attention. To make matters worse, her attitude towards me became negative, as though I had done something wrong simply by expecting to receive what I ordered. When I asked about the freshness of the cookies, the confusion only continued. The employee seemed to have no idea what “freshly baked” meant and had to consult her coworker, who was equally unhelpful and responded with unnecessary rudeness, insisting that, of course, they were fresh. How is anyone supposed to know without asking? What was particularly concerning, especially given the resurgence of COVID-19, was that neither of the employees changed their gloves at any point during my visit. This is a basic safety protocol that was completely overlooked. Lastly, the pretzels on display looked extremely old and unappetizing, which led me to inquire about their freshness as well. Overall, my experience at this Subway was frustrating and disappointing. It’s crucial for businesses to ensure clear communication, maintain the quality of their products, and adhere to health and safety measures during these times. I hope they take this feedback into account and work on improvements in the future."
