Everything was great from the service to the food. I forgot the girls name but she was working New Years Eve since the morning and was working for 12 hours straight. She deserves a raise for that, especially during the holidays.Food: 5/5

Had a new girl working, she was doing the best she could! Very polite And did her job correctly! Her boss , or the one in charge was rude to her, also delivered bad service to me and my girlfriend. Higher management needs to regulate on who they let manage their stores

My son and I came here today after playing some hoops and getting a good appetite. Charlie and Shayne greeted us and immediately took our orders. We got the new Sweet n Smokey steak guac, roast beef and a meatball. We just beat the rush and we were able to get our food quickly. Everything was great. View menu

I just wanna write a review about my subway experience. The guy that served me is phenomenal. I don't know his name but he's African American and on the receipt it says his employee ID is 6932. Dude was very friendly and I was able to chop it up with him and if any of the management sees this and knows who I'm talking to PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE OR BONUS. Much love and thank you to that guy for the great service.

Night Shift seems to always have the absolute worst service. I ordered DoorDash and the order was complete wrong. DoorDash credited and I re-ordered still have to pay again out of pocket 6 bucks only for them to get the entire order wrong again. When I call to speak to a supervisor they don’t have one. Then the employees are laughing about the mistake as if it’s a joke and they hung up on me. Will not be eating at this subway ever again.

Finding a restaurant that’s open 24 hours can be quite a challenge, and even more so is locating one that provides good, quality service. However, this location truly stands out with its exceptional customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of food and the service during the night shift. A special shoutout to Reggie—his hard work and dedication to his job are commendable. He really goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done right. If I could give this place a negative star, I absolutely would. The employee was extremely rude. We ordered online and waited 15 minutes to pick up our food, only to discover that it wasn't ready when we arrived. The staff greeted me in a discourteous manner and informed me that one item from my order wasn't available, making me feel as if it were my fault that the steak was out of stock. Additionally, they hadn’t even prepared the other items I ordered, forcing me to wait even longer while the employee prepared everything. I don't understand the point of placing an online order if I still had to wait. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had with Subway.

This location is horrible. They gave my order away to the correct person and refused to remake the order even after showing the correct order number, location and time of pickup. The manager Jesse is extremely rude and proceeded to say I know you have the order number, but how do I know your not lying. How can I trust you? The audacity. One of the employees apparently have our order away to a DoorDash driver who came to return the incorrect order. Corporate should come and revisit this stores operations and make sure that they don 't give customers a difficult time for their ineptitudes and lack of ability to give the correct orders to the correct people. WORST SUBWAY!!! BOUGHT FROM THIS PLACE 3x. June (twice)16 june 17Go in on June 16 and bought a 25 gift card, which should give me a 6 sub. Guy processes my card but can 't figure out how to do the 6 free sub! Gets manager he can 't figure it out. I say ill just take a free sub now, no worries, did they yell at me to RELAX?!?!?! than they say they will just give me the free sub!?!?! They are hispanic and dont understand english, I guess.
