"I would have rated this restaurant one star, but our server tonight, Kyle, was outstanding. However, it's important to note that he is just a high school student working his third shift on his own. Each time I visit, there seems to be a new staff member who has only been there for a week! This inconsistency affects the quality of the sandwiches, and the staff shouldn't bear the blame for it. It's disheartening to see these underpaid, overworked teenagers. If you showed more respect for your employees, perhaps the restaurant would improve! It would also be wise to have at least two staff members on duty at all times, especially on a busy Saturday night, as there were three other families waiting as well. Ugh."

I won’t eat at a restaurant where employees come back from smoking, take out the trash, or handle money without washing their hands first. Wearing gloves doesn’t help if they put them on over dirty hands.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. They were out of nearly everything, and my salad was entirely incorrect. It didn't have any chicken, tomatoes, green peppers, or eggs. I definitely won't be coming back to this Subway, especially since there was only one employee on duty.

I had a disappointing experience with a staff member who was quite unfriendly, telling me they were closed during the lunch rush. Her attitude was consistently poor during all my visits, and I used to come in daily until this incident. I won’t be coming back. I absolutely love this place! My family and I have no plans to eat anywhere else. The staff is always very helpful in keeping us updated on their specials. The bread at this deli is definitely the softest I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is extremely inviting, thanks to both the subway staff and the team at the gas station. Thank you all!

I typically order online to save time and avoid waiting in line. This is the second Subway in the area where I've noticed this disorganization.

During my visit, I encountered an employee named Ja Neah Bowens, who truly impressed me by making the best sandwich I've had in a long time.
