The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, displaying wonderful patience. I ordered multiple sandwiches, and each one was prepared perfectly.

I’ve been to this place just once, and during my visit, I felt like the employee barely paid attention to me while making my sandwich. It seemed like she was more interested in chatting with another customer.

I've been going there for lunch with friends every week for about 15 years. The service is outstanding, even during the bustling lunch hour. However, I do wish the music volume was lower; it would be great if they played something more suitable, like easy listening. View menu

Very poor experience. I ordered a footling steak and cheese. The Sandwich Artist was very stingy with the meat filling the scoop about 1/2 way. I then asked for double meat and the guy put 1 more half-empty scoop on the sandwich. I was so disgustedthat I told them to forget it. DON 'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU 'RE PAYING FOR!

Janette and Shelby were absolutely fantastic! I can't fully express how much I enjoyed and appreciated their customer service. Their work ethic was exceptional. Having worked in customer service at Vanderbilt for years, I can confidently say that these women deserve recognition for their dedication and enthusiasm. I have great admiration and respect for them! They crafted both my mom's and my sandwiches beautifully. I'm really glad we decided to come here. Disrespectful and lacking accountability. I've never been this confused at a Subway before. We placed an online order, but it was wrong. When we politely asked for a fix, they were resistant and even debated whether cheese was supposed to be on all three of my sandwiches. After inspecting each sandwich, they decided not to remake them because they found melted cheese, which was rather funny. They also told me that online orders are non-refundable. I ordered at 6 PM for a 6:25 PM pickup, and the staff member said they prepare the sandwiches immediately—so what’s the point of ordering online? This was my first time visiting this Subway location, though I’ve been a Subway customer for many years. I have to say, I’ve never seen anyone like Patel behind the counter. His attention to detail and dedication to making sandwiches felt like an art form. I’m quite particular about my sandwiches, and he impressed me every step of the way. I ordered a foot-long chicken bacon ranch on artisan bread and added marinara sauce. Patel applied just the right amount and even checked with me to see if it was enough.
