"I placed an online order the other day to grab and take home to the family we live about a half hour away from the store and I had to stop at another restaurant to pick up another order before I headed home. I got home roughly 45 minutes after picking up my order. I opened my sandwich and there was nothing on it except steak and bacon no cheese not one of the 13 other ingredients that I picked and were listed on my receipt were on the sandwich I thought to my self what the heck so I called up to the store just expecting them to send out a coupon for my food to replace the 1 sandwich that was messed up or write my name down or something to make it right. Jayde answered the phone and was genuinely sorry and wanted to help she told me she had to talk to her shift leader and asked me to hold for just a second and she took the phone with her and did not mute it so I heard everything and started explaining what happened to her shift leader Olivia (who I found out later isn 't actually a shift leader) after jayden got done telling her what happened olivia started yelling in the background and said are you kidding me it 's been over and hour is she stupid there 's nothing we can do for her jayden got back on the phone and was like mam im very sorry my shift leader won 't do anything but let me take your name and number and I 'll talk to my manager about it tomorrow. So I asked if her manager was still Tamara and jayden said yes. I explained to her that I knew Tamara personally as I used to be a manager of subway close by and we communicated often as well as knowing each other growing up. I sent her a picture of my receipt and a picture of my sandwich and told her what happened. She was extremely helpful in getting it fixed for me as soon as she got there the next morning she made sure I was reimbursed for the mistakes that were made! Tamara is an absolute amazing manager and that store would be a lost cause with out here the food the quality the cleanliness has significantly improved since Tamara has been the manager! I can 't judge a store off of one ignorant and extremely rude employee. But the managers quick response and dedication to getting my situation fixed was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her for it so much! Also jayden the employee who answered the phone and had to deal with that one ignorant employee named olivia deserves a huge shout out to she was so sweet and was willing to go above olivia to help!!! Amazing work Tamara! Subway dosent appreciate you enough, but your customers sure do love you!"
