"I visited this store today while on our vacation trip to wild adventures, and I must say it’s the absolute best subway i have ever been to. Everything was clean and organized and the staff was extremely friendly and completed my order in a neat and orderly fashion. No sloppy sandwich and it was delicious. The man who made my sandwiches was very nice and conversational and even joked around with me about my order and made me smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fast friendly service and great food. i went to this subway to get a salad. i didn't see anything wrong with it while i was eating it, but after a while my stomach didn't settle well. i ended up throwing it up 20 minutes after i finished it..

I didn't catch their names, but the 2 gentlemen behind that counter deserve some praise. Not only was my food fantastic, but their attitudes were very warming. They even made conversation with me while they were preparing my food. You should be proud. Great job guys! View menu

First and foremost, the food is generally fresh and tasty, and the option to customize your sandwich or salad with a variety of toppings is great. The menu also includes some healthier options, which is a plus. However, one area where Subway could improve is to accept coupons from the subway app.

I went in for lunch yesterday and was very impressed by the courteous and attentive staff, and the overall neatness of the establishment. The cashier noticed that the tea was low, and very thoughtfully asked if I would like to wait for a new urn. Thank you again for the extra effort to assure I had what I wanted!

I went to the store at 1709 Gornto Rd in Valdosta Georgia around 2 pm today. As soon as I walked in I was told by one of the sandwich makers that they couldn’t serve me because they had a big order to fill. There were no other customers in the store and two workers there. I asked why couldn’t one of them couldn’t serve me and the response was they were on a time line. Is this good customer service? View menu

Your looking at a $13 meal. I did the online order thinking sure that seems easy. It doesn’t matter what you ask for because if you want extra you won’t get it. They make a sandwich like their going out of business. This is what the consider EXTRA olives there is literally 7 Called to complain there answer was their short staffed….. I didn’t know being short staffed effects how much toppings went on a sandwich. New management is a joke this place has gone down hill WOW

Generally this store is pretty good but there is one worker named Pat, an older woman, who will try to restrict what you put on your sandwich. I tried to put more then 3 pickles on my sandwich but instead I was met with no until us the other customers gave her a strange look and she put the smallest bit more and cracked some joke. I felt completely disrespect and then she told me the order that I wanted my sandwich was wrong. Other then that all the other works are great they are friendly and I 've never been judged. The food is fresh and always taste good. We still tipped because the other worker named Karen (ironically) was a joy.
