"Employees who don’t know how customer service works. Rather you like the person or not. Do your job and go on with your life! It’s not difficult. I was treated poorly twice as a customer and my sandwich was not good like it has been b4. It’s sad that these employees are allowed to act this way towards customers they have issues with bc of the problems they cause. They then get all the other employees to act just as childish as they are. If you can’t be kind of everyone or just simply do your job. Why are these kinds of people in customer service? Oh and bc one person has an issue, they won’t let you come back in EVER! Even if that person isn’t working!"

Not very prepared to deal with issues arising from using our smartphones to order. Deals I received via text were not working on phone. Then was told to complete it. Ended up having to cancel it and reorder inside. The kids didn't seem to concerned about exchanging breathing space with me, or touching my phone, or handing me money

I typically visit for lunch when it's crowded, and I find the staff here to be efficient and friendly. They manage to serve a large number of customers simultaneously. However, I'm not a fan of the layout of this subway location, particularly having the "ORDER HERE" sign placed right by the entrance. I think it's poorly designed, which is why I’m giving it a 4 out of 5-star rating.
