"Driving by this place and seeing the outside is what initially intrigued me. Now normally, whole in the wall, off the beaten path places heighten my interest, but after trying this food today, I now know why I always drove past this place. When I first opened the food, it didn't smell 100% fresh, and then my order was wrong. I ordered the rib, chicken, and chop combo with green beans and okra. Instead of receiving green beans, I got a double portion of baked beans. When I opened the container, the bbq sauce was spilling out, so I already knew everything was oversauced to cover up the boo boo inside. That bbq sauce was not only off-putting but 1 whiff, and I was like uh huh I'm not eating that. The chicken was bland and had absolutely no seasoning. The ribs were hard, and the smokiness on it was overpowering. The chopped pork wasn't fresh! Not only was it inedible, but it had a sordid ordor coming from the container. 1 teeny tiny bite of everything gave me an itchy throat and upset stomach, so you can imagine I will be in the bathroom later. I ended up donating the food to my favorite place, the trash! I threw out everything! If you're thinking about coming here, I would stay clear and not even stop."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff completely ignored me, and one employee even started making my sandwich while wearing wet gloves. When I questioned him about his wet hands, he simply shrugged and changed his gloves. I ended up paying almost $12 for a sandwich that I didn't feel safe eating. I requested Italian herbs and cheese bread but was told I could only have Italian bread with the herbs and cheese. My sandwich contained just two thin slices of brisket, four and a half small pieces of cheese, and I wasn’t asked what type of cheese I wanted. It also had only one thin strip of BBQ sauce and four thin slices of black olives. This was the worst dining experience I've ever encountered."

"I work close and will occasionally order food from here. Multiple times my order was delivered wrong or missing items, one of my delivery orders was canceled by Uber 3 different times before they refunded my money which took 3 hours before my order was canceled (because the store was out of the food). I've had to sit in the drive through for an unreasonably long period of time with no acknowledging I was there. The staff are incredibly dismissive and lazy, and the manager would probably get more done if she spent more time working/taking orders instead of being on her phone. Multiple customers in the lobby at the same time with problems stemming from lack of inventory and wrong order. Poor inventory management Quite honestly one of the worst McDonald's stores I've been to in the world."

"Horrendous service! Order a baconnator and a Dave?s triple and received 2 regular cheeseburgers also orders a biggie bag and got no nuggets, no straws, small fries and drinks even tho large was ordered then was asked to come inside the lobby to have myorder fixed and both doors were locked and no one had any intentions of unlocking it I knocked and waited for 10 minutes with noone showing up but a homeless man to ask me for my food which I gave it all to him I will never ever spend another cent withthis entire franchise"

"On my second visit, my brother-in-law and I went in on a Saturday night to grab a few drinks. Almost every bar in an African American neighborhood has Hennessy, but after our first round, they ran out. Once again, low expectations were not fulfilled. In an attempt at service recovery, a staff member went to the liquor store and bought a couple of bottles of Hennessy. But did they offer us a discount on our tab or a complimentary round? Nope! Also, the food prices seemed high to me. A cheeseburger for $12? I've paid that before, but typically not at a sports bar. The operation is poorly managed, but at least the interior is nicely designed. They even have a mechanical bull, which could draw in customers and create excitement. However, I predict this place won't last unless they make some changes or bring in someone from Bar Rescue. Good luck!"
