"I was in the area to pick up my daughter from UMass and wanted a quick bite. I ordered a spinach and chicken pizza and it was excellent. It was baked to perfection. Everything was fresh and delicious! The food was so good. I wound up going back the next day and I got a small steak and cheese, cheese calzone, and it did not disappoint, another winner. I’m from Philly and I’m very funny about anything with cheesesteak in it and they definitely did not disappoint. The food was fresh hot and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back when it comes time to bring my kid back up to school."

"The food is different now. Doesn't look fresh. It was just reheated. No soup, no fries. Potatoes looked old. Side dishes seemed to be seating too long. I also didn't like the draft beer. We came for an early dinner at 3 PM and were told that we had to wait 1 hour because the cook was not in yet. It was supposed to be our highlight of the trip to Massachusetts, but it failed miserably. Last time, we were there in 2019 before Covid. It was great then. Now, there are not even too many customers-no wonder. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"

"We had an absolutely delicious dinner! The server, Laurieanne, was fantastic!! We asked suggestions and she was attentive, engaging, and professional throughout the meal. We ordered the pea soup, garden salads, and shared the rib eye steak. All wasabsolutely delicious!! The steak was incredible, and served with a hardy helping of mashed potatoes and green beans. For dessertwe ordered the sorbet, and also the corn shortbread with fruit and whipped cream. Both were so flavorful and out of this world!The perfect evening. We particularly enjoyed that the dining room was intimate, quiet and ample spacing from other diners. Thewine was also just right. We will definitely return! Highly recommended!!!"

"Super unfortunate, I think they are just very understaffed. The couple times we've gone here there is no one seating people coming in. There is basically one waitress trying to serve 10+ tables, she's doing the best she can but she needs help. Thislast time, we waited at the front door for 5 minutes before we got acknowledged that we could be seated in a few minutes. Aftersitting I think the restaurant ran out of coffee because many tables were trying to get refills and couldn't. One of the itemswe ordered they got wrong and they forgot a separate side item we ordered. One of us had toast and we're looking for some jamand couldn't get any waitresses attention to even get service after we got our food. I hope they can find some staff. The foodis fine, but it'd be better if you got what you ordered and they had people available to refill coffee and give you condiments."

"While all Dunkin Donuts are pretty much alike to me, this is the one that I visit most often (nearly every morning), and I 've formed some opinions about it. If you go in the morning, it will be busy, but nearly always quick and efficient. There is usually a manager working, and the servers are polite and perform their jobs well. However, if you go in the afternoon, you have a good chance of running into the slowest worker I have ever come across. It is very comical that he works in fast food ; I have on occasion waited over an hour for my simple (Large Iced Coffee, Regular) order. The story that I 've recounted to the manager (apparently without consequence, as he is still employed there) is that once I went into the DD in the early afternoon for a coffee. He took my order, began to make the coffee, and then wandered around for ~15 minutes idly restocking the straws and napkins while I waited. He then finished making my coffee, but turned his back to me and stood facing the donut case, lackadaisically shaking my coffee and not responding to my verbal cues. Another ten minutes passed before I 'd paid and left. Seriously."
