"I’ve been a regular at the Subway in Pea Ridge for a long time, and it used to be a great experience when Billie Gean worked there. However, my recent visits have been disappointing with poor service, incorrect orders, and attitude from staff members who seem very young. Tonight, I ordered my usual three subs, but all were made wrong. The toppings were unevenly distributed, there was way too much sauce, and the sandwiches weren’t cut properly. When I asked Erica to fix them, she refused, saying they were fine and I could fix them at home. She also charged me for extra cheese on all three sandwiches when only one had extra cheese. She carelessly stuffed the sandwiches in a bag, tearing it and crushing my flatbread chicken sandwich. When I mentioned her poor customer service, she threatened to throw me out. When I said I wanted to speak with the manager, she boasted that the manager was her grandmother, as if that was supposed to intimidate me. While I was paying, she flicked the napkins at me across the counter like I was a friend to joke with—I’m not. Having worked in food service myself, I’ve never had a customer leave so upset. This experience was a total waste of money, and I’m too upset to eat now."

I was enjoying my sandwich when a large black carpenter ant crawled out of the spinach. When I brought it to the attention of the Subway employees, they told me the spinach comes pre-washed in the bags. So either they were not being truthful or they have an ant infestation.

8/20 update: I’ve visited this place twice since my last two visits were disappointing. However, things have completely changed for the better! I’m really pleased with how attentive the staff are, and the food is always prepared and ready for me to choose from. It’s a significant turnaround!
