"The woman working the night shift is perhaps the rudest and most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. There's a fee to use the bathroom, and if you don't pay, she waits outside with her arms crossed, looking furious. I even gave a girl some money so she could use the restroom, but the employee started arguing with her, insisting she couldn't go unless she bought food, despite a clear sign stating that paying $1 allows access to the restroom. It seemed like her behavior was driven by anger over me giving her a dollar. It's frustrating that she thinks she can make her own rules. Someone really needs to look into this and consider firing her, as her rudeness and disrespect make everyone feel uncomfortable."

I was greeted quite rudely upon entering the restaurant. The two women on staff were disrespectful and questioned everything I said. Additionally, they used foul language in front of customers, which was very unprofessional.

They did 35 box lunches for my son's hockey team tonight. They did a fantastic job! Everything was put together correctly and tasted great! I highly recommend this subway store. It's nice to see people that care about doing a great job.

I arrived yesterday, and there was an issue with my order from before. The employee had an attitude with me, questioning why my tone of voice was so strong. She accused me of being rude just because I speak clearly and confidently. I've told her multiple times that she needs to take my orders properly, but she often expects others to do it for her. She consistently forgets to add cheese or chicken to my footlong, and the bread was slightly burnt. Also, she only added six slices of cucumber when I think eight to ten would be more appropriate. I spent over $10 on my order, and it feels frustrating to receive so little in terms of toppings.
