"Once again after not ordering for several months. I ordered 8 different sandwiches. All of them were messed up. Yet again, said ready (via there app). Wasn’t even started. Had to wait again 45 mins. 7 children wanting food. Went shopping at the store came back. Still not done. One order had no Parmesan cheese, wanted jalapeños. Mayo. Green peppers. Got provolone. No pepper jack cheese (provolone) and no mayonnaise, green peppers, or pickles. One had extra chicken Did not get. Another wanted pickles, extra black olives (more). Another wanted toasted. Jalapeño, mayo and mustard. Dry. No condiments. I paid for tip. And now totally regret. Yet again. Wait with 3 children. For 7 meals. And each of them again destroyed. For second time in the past year. When will it get fixed?"

Tonight, I ordered online, which has been a frustrating experience in the past, but I was hopeful. I must say, the staff working the night shift now really know how to make an incredible sandwich! Great job! It’s so nice to feel that I can come in the evening and receive the same level of service as I do in the morning.

I placed an online order for pickup at 6:20 PM and arrived around 6:40 PM. While I waited, I saw six people who arrived after me being served their sandwiches before I was. I finally received my order at 7:00 PM, after a wait with no other customers being served. The staff were friendly, but the experience left me a bit confused. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere each at 3 out of 5.
