Always the best place to go for a fresh delicious sub!! They make Excellent salads too!!

Untrained employees mess up the bread on my sandwich that completely fell apart and sells it to me at full price.

The staff member encountered today was rude to the point it felt abusive. There is no need to raise your voice and yell at a paying customer. Will not being going back after being treated so horribly.

I've made many trips to this subway and. Always pleased with the food and service. Very well maintained and clean area. Super nice employees who take there time to make sure your order is the way you like it. The foundation sodas taste better here and so does the food. Will always recommend it.

Horrible customer service. DAWN made my sandwiches wrong and had the nerve to hang up on me after accusing me of yelling. Refused to give me the number to the district office and wouldn't give me her bosses name. And actually unhooked the phone when I tried to call back when she hung up. Never had a good experience if dawn been there 18 years. Subway is lacking. Because I've never encountered such ignorance. View menu

I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. I walked in at 8:32 PM, and the staff member asked how many people I was feeding, quickly adding that she had just put everything away. I told her it was for four people. They prepared two sandwiches for me, and when I ordered two pizzas, they simply put cheese on them and insisted they were finished, saying I couldn’t add anything else. It was incredibly rude. I will never return, and I’m from Lacon. If you dislike your job that much, you should consider looking for something else or be let go.

The food and the service at any of the Subway's I've ever been to have always been great. The same can be said about the Subway in Henry, Il. My ONLY issue is that I have recently found out they are not chopping salads anymore. Doesn't sound like a big deal and it really isn't. It takes extra time when there are a lot of people ordering and waiting. I work out on the road most days and it's difficult to try chopping my salad on my lap especially when the disposable container has a round bottom.WOW, that makes me sound extremely whinny when there are MUCH worse things going on in our world right now!I'm just a little disappointed.

I ordered two subs, three cookies, and some chips. Unfortunately, all three cookies were undercooked. When I called to address the issue, they informed me that they could replace the cookies but that this is how corporate instructs them to cook them. They offered to swap out the cookies, but I questioned why I would want replacements if they might also be raw. Having worked at a Subway before, I know they shouldn't look like raw cookie dough—they were flatter than a pancake! Additionally, they had the cookies I originally wanted, but apparently, there was a mix-up with the order, and I received the wrong ones.
