"I had a great experience with both the food and service at this restaurant. However, I do have some concerns about the safety of the staff. Last night, I noticed that there was only one young woman working, which I believe is inadequate for both safety reasons and ensuring excellent customer service. While I was in line, I saw a couple outside the restaurant engaging in suspicious behavior. The man was shining a flashlight into the window, while the woman was at the door speaking quietly with him. This felt quite unsettling, especially since the restaurant is situated in a secluded and poorly lit area. The store next door was already closed, which meant there was no one around to notice if anything went awry. I ended up staying for a bit to keep the woman company and also called the police to request a drive-by. I sincerely hope that management will take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their employees, including having more than one person on duty at all times."

Horrible sandwiches, they skimp out on the cheese and veggies, which did not look fresh, and she kept on trying to close my sandwich even when I was done ordering. The sauce was loaded on one side of the bread so when I ate it one side was soggy and the other side toasted. Never coming here again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is good but the lady working at the cashier was rude. I was waiting for her to ask me about the receipt or make sure the change I gave her was correct and she told me bye. Doesn't seem like much but it was unnecessary and her gesture was as if she was irritated. She wasn't even the one who prepared the food. The staff at the Subway location in Kirkwood Plaza do an excellent job preparing sandwiches and are very friendly. However, they do not permit indoor dining, despite their advertising suggesting otherwise. This practice is misleading and goes against regulations, as it is illegal to falsely advertise indoor dining when it is not available. If you're looking to dine indoors, it's best to choose a different Subway location. The employees mentioned that the restriction is due to insufficient staff to clean the dining area. View menu

Next time will drive the extra time to go to a different subway. 1st, They don 't accept any coupons. 2nd, I ordered a Turkey Bacon Guacamole WRAP! I got charged for Extra Bacon for a 6in and Extra Guacamole for a 6in . When I never asked for extra. Anytime I 've ordered at other subways, I 've never been charged Extra for Items that already come in a Sandwich or wrap. Just moved recently and this is the nearest subway. They were out of all bread but the plain one and also only had a couple cookie options. Got a 6in tuna sub, small drink and a macadamia nut cookie, total was 12$; 7$ for a 6 inchThe sweet onion sauce was squeezed mostly in the middle instead of across the sandwich so I had a mouthful of sauce midway.
