"It was very awkward trying to order sandwiches the 1st person behind the counter was silent. She didn't greet us or give us options for what we could get on our sandwiches. She just stared at us waiting for us to tell her what we wanted. We also couldn't see the meat being put on our sandwiches as the window was blocked by large lid. Definitely in need of some training.
