"Damn I usually love going to this location, But today 4/23/23 12:42 pm was a total miss. In customer service experience. A word of advice...Take the Ready to order Butter Bolo off the menu! The staffs are too busy to make it properly...1 Person taking order Thank you girl! For helping me ask your coworker about my order...sorry if I gave you an attitude. I see you helping waves of customers 1 Guy busy making drinks1 Girl wrapping bread she forgot because she busy wrapping breads 1 Guy doing random things this guy was right next to the damn oven where the bolo buns are in and didn 't even bother checking it. I heard a timer went off twice $3.50 for cold butter in bolo buns that 's sold for $1.80 by itself. Just buy bolo buns from Summery, go to Ralphs in the next plaza and buy butter. Go home and toast it or microwave it yourself After a 15 minute wait for 2 slightly warm buns and 2 slabs of cold butter...I have seen and eaten Subway bread toasted faster and warmer than that. 15 minute...That 's not right. I was too upset to eat in-store. The cashier said I could ask them to make it right if I 'm not satisfied. Thank you cashier girl...but your coworkers in the back will probably forget about me . No thank you, I wasted enough time waiting for 2 bread. Had to go home and microwave the bread for it to be hot. Which ONLY tooK 20 seconds. The butter bolo had potential but don 't advertise hot and made to order anymore. Just sell it as is. Go home and heat it yourself and make some tea and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Skip the made to order part. Your workers don 't need extra work on weekends, since it 's already so busy. But other than this incident, I usually like this store. Staffs are nice and selection of breads is good."

My daughter loves Chinese buns so I thought I would take her here to pick out a few items. I originally planned to buy a few items but left with $25 worth of food. Everything we picked out were good. The bread was fresh and soft. Tip: There were food items for $1 by the cashier station so keep your eye out daily deals.

I discovered this restaurant during a walk, and I'm so glad I did! They offer a wide variety of options at reasonable prices, and the staff is very helpful. I tried the matcha donut and the bolo bread. The matcha donut was delightfully chewy and bursting with flavor! The bolo bread was light, mildly sweet, and the perfect way to kick off the day.

I absolutely adore this place! The desserts and pastries are incredible—perfectly balanced, not too sweet or bland. The drinks are delightful as well. The staff is incredibly friendly! My top picks are the Matcha White Chocolate Mochi Donut, the Mochi Taro, and the Brioche. I would definitely buy them again! Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos because I devoured everything too quickly—haha!

This is a really good Asian bakery that offers a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and drinks, along with regular promotions! They have a buy 2 get 1 free deal for day-old pastries. The bakery features several tables inside, and the best part is that it's usually not too crowded, which creates a nice, cozy atmosphere to enjoy your treats. The service is excellent as well. Overall, it's a fantastic place to satisfy your cravings without spending too much!

This place was super cute! While waiting for my dim sum seat at Atlantic Seafood Dim Sum, I dropped by to check out their pastries for the day! Everything looked so good! I ended up getting a strawberry mochi donut and a sweet pork bun. Both were so delicious and very fairly priced. Additionally, the pastries older than a day are also on sale for cheaper!I also ordered a drink and got it very quickly! My friend ordered some of the pre-packed mango jelly by the entrance and really loved it! Would def come back!

I used to come here a lot back in mid-2018 and early 2019 before I head to work and would get the BMT. Ever since the pandemic, I haven't really come back here. So, after I had dim sum that one day, I really wanted to try BMT from this place again to see if the quality is still the same as before, or if not, better. Honestly, I think the quality went down but was still okay. The boba was overcooked and the milk tea was way too sweet even though I asked for less sugar. The ice sort of helped dilute the sweetness of the drink but not by much. View menu

Haven't been to this location in a while but decided to stop by since I was in the area. I always get their pineapple green tea with lychee jelly at their temple city location and it's always so refreshing! However, when having it from this location, it tasted like water. I ordered both the pineapple green tea with lychee jelly and strawberry green tea with lychee jelly. They were both flavorless and had no fruit taste at all, just watered down green tea. Even the lychee jelly itself tasted like nothing, when usually it's overwhelmingly sweet. Sadly I couldn't ask them to remake the drink since I tasted it after leaving. $18 down the drain :c

The entire city is very ominous and dead, almost ghost town like now. I stopped by this location to see if I could get some bread and drinks. The energy of the city really frightens me and a lot of the sales have definitely gone down everywhere. The drinks and pastry were average at this location compared to my time more well spent in Arcadia's bakeries and their top of the line, half a billion dollar acquisition of Westfield Malls. I particularly enjoy ordering aromatic teas and the Hokkaido breads. I do prefer Tour Les Jours or 85degree or Paris Baguette over more however they give off a similar environment and this is a great option when the others are not nearby. I like to park in their...

"Got in little late decided to UberEATS some food from this new Vietnamese restaurant. Flavors pretty solid but not best execution I 've had. ITEM 'S ORDERED: Garlic Noodle w/ Shaken Beef Spicy Basil Chicken w/ Rice TASTE: Garlic Noodle w/ Shaken Beef was executed ok. The beef being filet mignon was not as tender as expected, but not so bad. Has a more tame savory black pepper flavor with just a hint of sweetness. The noodles seemed either a little too al dente or maybe somewhat stale or old. Garlic flavor was a little too weak but not a bad flavor overall. There 's green red bell peppers as well as cilantro. Spicy Basil Chicken w/ Rice was the winner in this meal. Very well seasoned flavorful. Savory, but not overly salty actually quite spicy as you continue to eat. Glad the rice was not overcooked pairs well with the very flavorful sauce. There 's green red bell peppers as well as cilantro in this one as well. Both entrees come with a little romaine lettuce side salad with tomatoes pickled radish carrots. Lightly sweet, vinegary mayo dress dressing which I liked. I did not like the ends of the romaine hearts being in there. They should always be discarded. Everything was overly oily/greasy to the point you can just feel it all in your lips as you keep eating. At least it 's all quite flavorful since it 's really bad when it 's all oily lacking in flavor. Everything was quite hot when it arrived. Did not have to reheat anything. I do live close to this restaurant though. SERVICE, LOCATION PARKING: UberEATS order so no direct comments on service. All the food was packed well I like that they gave garlic chili sauce which pairs well with these foods. They are located in that somewhat new strip mall right across Costco off of Commonwealth Date. You can enter on either of those streets. There 's a shared parking lot which is usually easy to find a spot in. But it 's still usually busy in there since the parking lot is not really big enough for all the businesses there. Food was not a complete fail flavors were mainly solid so I 'm not opposed to getting food here again. Plus I 'm just so close to it as well."

"Awesome place! Recommended to me by my old Band director at the local highschool. Vouched for the garlic fries (they use FRESH garlic, get ready for that BITE! If the photos actually uploaded in order, they are the buttermilk fried chicken, 3 meat bbq tray(brisket, pastrami, pulled pork w/ side of coleslaw mashed potatoes, poutine fries, 2 meat bbq tray (brisket pastrami w/ side of mashed potatoes mac, beer flight (bartenders choice , buck cherry, and lastly the bbq pork sliders. Also ordered pork ribs but forgot to take a photo. Great friendly service! Chill atmosphere, great place for food and drinks. Meat trays are definitely worth it. The pulled pork was a smidge dry though. The other selections were significantly more juicy. Should split this someone unless you plan on taking some home. Coleslaw had some spice to it. Very complimentary. Mashed potatoes needed an extra umph . Something like garlic or ever fresh pepper can bring it up a level. I 'm told the poutine fries were good from my friend that ordered them. Didn 't get a chance to try any as they demolished the plate! Must 've been good! Mac was great, definitely a solid choice! Can never go wrong with sliders! Their sauce definitely makes an improvement to everything. Drinks were great. Loved the pork ribs but everyone else thought they were dry. Maybe they got bad ribs because the ones I tried were pretty juicy(I ate them late too . It 's also possible that they might have just been expecting a saucey rib rather than a dry rub rib. The buttermilk chicken was decent, that garlic sauce definitely brought it up a level! Y 'all need a Nashville style one too! Overall a great experience and awesome food. Definitely a step up from the last time I came. Will be back for sure!"
