"The Pork Hominy Pozole was sooooo good!! Enough for 2 meals for me and plenty of cabbage, onions, radish and cilantro for toppings... just enough spice to give it a nice little kick! And both two 2. Two Tacos grilled chicken and grilled steak.. my husband had the grilled chicken on yellow corn tortillas and I had grilled steak on crispy corn shells! Those crispy shells are phenomenal! And the steak was amazing! Thank you so much Taqueria Mixteca!! Always love it when you give us such an amazing dinner!"

"The Saltwater Grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu has been updated with new items, while preserving some of their best offerings - I swear the Shanghai Delight is laced with Prozac because I'm always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings, hoping the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish, which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crisp and carmelized but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I did miss the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something with substance, so I was quite disappointed when a little crock of crackers appeared instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was ok hearing my companions but certainly couldn't hear the server well."

"Well we had such good customer service at this really great pizza place called Dewey's. There pizza is really good. I have been there once before and really like the fact the use fresh Amish chicken and fresh vegetables . It's just really good. Well the crust on johns was a bit over cooked ,but John didn't care , but I mention it when we got our bill , the manger came over, and offered to make us a large 1/2 1/2 to go plus take off johns ! Wow what customer service. He made it right because I told him I really loved his pizza here. So there you folks , good pizza great manger and waitress was very nice and service was great. Hats off too Dewey's"

"Relaxed atmosphere, I went on a slow day, only the two of us. I am sure they get swamped during lunch and dinner. Thank you for a good meal. I keep asking for diet Dr pepper, not enough options for diabetics. I got water, desserts too need to have diabetic options.Food: 4/5"
