Supernova Vegan - Menu

I had avocado toast and oven dried tomato scramble. It was amazing! Me and my husband kept saying this is a must-revisit place when we get Portland next time. Thanks for the wonderful meal.

Was craving an afternoon snack when Isabelle and I happened upon this lil bakery. I got a brownie and it was SO MOIST AND DARK. if you love chocolate, you'll love this. Plus it's vegan?!?? This was my first experience with vegan food in Portland after moving to Vancouver in 2020. It's 2022 and the consistency of the food is still the same and I crave it! I'm a big fan of the space cowboy and Mac and cheese. Being very picky about Mac, Supernova has the BEST vegan mac! I'm not a fan of tempeh, however the Space Cowboy is amazing and it's the only way I'll eat tempeh!

I thought I'd go through withdrawals after Back To Eden left, but this bakery is a great replacement. The Sammy was very good, the side of potatoes were ample. While the former tenant seemed to offer a little more variety of sweet baked goods, Supernova makes up for it with their savory selection. The gal who works the early shift was super nice. Around 8:30 a.m. you'll almost have the place to yourself.

What a great surprise. After dropping my husband off at the Portland airport I googled nearest vegan restaurant. It’s only about 10 minutes from PDX. The breakfast sandwich was amazing and the potato’s were the perfect add on. I had to take some Mac n cheese for the road as I can never find good vegan options. YUM YUM YUM. Drove 40 minutes to pick up food from here, excited to finally try this restaurant. Got my food back home just to have every item I ordered be wrong. Salad had no dressing included, my sandwich was made with tempeh when I requested soy curls, and my south star Mac had tempeh when I requested soy curls as a substitute. I called the business several times and left a voicemail but got no response. I never leave bad reviews but this really sucked after driving so far being excited to try their food.

This place has been on my must try list for awhile now. The Elotes burrito from Supernova Vegan might very well be the best burrito I 've eaten in Portland, not to mention it is giant and could easily make 2 decent sized meals.I got take out this time, but my experience with the staff was lovely and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Their menu is varied and unique. They have outdoor seating, which I look forward to taking advantage of when it warms up a bit. I will definitely be visiting Supernova Vegan again sometime soon.

enjoyed a lovely vegan breakfast that i will never forget! we got here around the time that they opened and after some coffee placed our takeout order. i was excited to try their version of elote because it is something i grew up with as an LA native. we ordered the elote cup, caesar salad, breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll. everything was tasty! we got this on our way to a waterfall hike and it was such a great choice. would definitely recommend as there are sooo many options to choose from! parking was easy and the staff was really friendly!
