"Lovely place to grab a bite, with a friendly and quick staff. The fish wasn’t ground up like cat food like many other places in noblesville and fishers. Taste was on point for the Wicked Spicy Tuna Roll and Spicy Salmon Crunch Roll. That One Roll was a brisket roll, a nice surprise from other sushi places. They also have a “secret menu” so we also got the Frushi (fruit) Roll, which was a very light dessert to end our meal. Our only complaint was that the rolls easily fell apart requiring a fork or your hands, something that was a little disappointing considering the rest of our experience. So, if you are in the Keystone Mall area and are looking for some quick sushi or a poke bowl come on over. You will be in and out in no time."

WOW. This sushi was awesome. I had the Spicy Crab Rangoon Roll with extra eel sauce and cookie. This place is spot on! Fresh, yummy, and beautiful!!! I'll get food from here again for sure. View menu

Sushi boss is not fast food sushi, that's for sure. It's just extremely convenient and easy. Feeling like high quality sushi but don't want to go to a restaurant and eait? Go to Sushi Boss. You won't be dissapointed. I can't say enough good things about them.Food: 5/5

This is not your typical sushi restaurant. Rather a quick-order place, really setup the best for take out, in my opinion. The food is good, and the people there are very friendly and really provide good service. The selection is limited though, I think due to the venue format.

Why not enjoy sushi exactly the way you like it? This is my favorite sushi spot. The staff is always the same, which shows their low turnover rate. I discovered that their fish supplier is the same as that of many other local sushi restaurants. The rolls are large—one roll is enough for a meal! View menu

Our family loves Sushi Boss. Service overall could come up a few levels. Greet your guest, don 't just leave them hanging while you do a call in order, but that is food service overall these days. The food is always great and portions are your normal sushi portions. They have something for everyone, even a non sushi lover. Our son, to get him introduced to sushi started with Tastes Like Chicken roll. Pricing is very reasonable for sushi.

About the only thing that I had that was good. Here was the cucumber salad. That's kind of sad to say I spent the same amount of money here that I would add a fancy sit down restaurant and so for all those who are reading this I would highly recommend do that over ordering at this place. Unless you're really into cucumber salad.I don't like giving bad reviews however I must today. My wife and I ordered four rolls each different. And only one of four. We're good. The one with rib meat on it. Kind of tastes like frog. Very weird.Anywho, I think Kroger sushi was probably better. SorryWith that said, the staff was really nice so I gave him an extra star

"My husband and I went here for lunch. I was pregnant, had gestational diabetes, and a craving for sushi. We didn 't know what it was going in but the woman behind the counter was super sweet explaining it (deconstructed sushi) and patient as she explained our options. The bowls seemed a little expensive so my husband and I both got the medium size. He got rice and I had salad greens. There were tons of options to choose from and I want to go back now that I can eat the fish! I was able to have the spicy crab mix and all the fruit and veggie choices. They did have a cooked seafood option, but I didn 't feel like looking up if it was baby safe. The miso soup was good too! FILLING for the price. I would not have been able to finish if I got rice and my husband said he was stuffed; but we both finished! Next time we go, we 're planning to split the large one to keep ourselves from eating to much! Great food, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and clean restaurant. If we hadn 't walked from my husband 's working parking may have been an issue, but that 's the same for every place in that strip mall. Got food again. My husband and I split the large. We also got the mango sweet coconut rice to try. It was good, but not my thing. I recommend at least trying it once. I would eat it again vit not necessarily order it on my own. We also tried the honey wasabi on the side of our meal. It wasn 't what I was expecting. It was sweeter and creamier. Still enjoyed this place and love that he and I can split a large and be full!"
