"I used to really enjoy visiting this place when it was called Sushi Sushi. It has recently undergone a name and ownership change. Unfortunately, my favorite dish is no longer on the menu, and prices have increased. You can no longer watch the chefs prepare your rolls, which was one of the highlights for me. Hearing country music in an Asian restaurant comes off as strange, and overall, the atmosphere just isn't what it used to be—it's quite disappointing. The food was tasty, but I suspect we received a different roll than what we ordered."

Good quality sushi at a reasonable price. Presentation was good as well. Will definitely be coming here again.

The food and drinks are fairly priced. The service is excellent, and the presentation is amazing. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5. View menu

We tried it for the first time on Valentines day. We were told that it is just now under new ownership. The service was good and the food was really good. We will be going back for sure.

I walked in with the expectation that the portion sizes would be much smaller due to the prices. To my surprise, I ended up with much more food than I anticipated! Everything was absolutely delicious, and I can't wait to return!

While service was good, I was disappointed to learn that this wasn't the old sushi sushi place anymore and was under new management. They're keeping the old sign up to profit off of the popularity of the old place, which is pretty scummy because it's not the conveyor belt sushi anymore. While service was fast, the food was mediocre and I was convinced the noodles were grocery store bought maruchan noodles.Definitely not coming back. I have never experienced such a lackluster meal before. It was so unimpressive that it almost felt like a reflection of my own personality. I ordered the teriyaki ribs, and they did nothing to excite my taste buds. They tasted like the free meals provided by the Oregon government to kids—except those are free, and this meal is not. It doesn't taste bad, just extremely average. If I had to compare it to something, I would say it's akin to England's biodiversity.

The server was courteous but quite inattentive, which was surprising since there were only three people in the restaurant, including my partner and me. As for the food, I have never encountered a dragon roll topped with hot, mushy brown avocado before, and I sincerely hope to never experience it again. Combined with the high prices, this made for a disappointing outing. I spent $65 on dinner for two, and I genuinely feel like we wasted our money. I won’t be returning, and I will certainly advise others to steer clear of this place.

"Boxcar Pizza does creative all vegan pizza done Detroit style. I am from NY and had plenty of pizza there in the day before I was vegan. Pizza and NY are synonymous. I would love to check out Screamer's Pizza in NY next time I am there.I have only had Detroit Pizza one other time and happened to be vegan. It was alright when I had it then. I have been to Detroit where the talented rapper Eminem is from. Detroit is where the pinball like running back legend Detroit Lion Barry Sanders played. Detroit is where I was in awe when I saw the Diego Rivera murals there. Detroit isn't known for it's pizza yet lately Detroit pizza seems to be getting popular.Detroit Pizza is like a cross between Sicilian and Chicago deep dish yet comes in a square with four slices. Boxcar Pizza was named best vegan pizza this past year in Veg News magazine so had great expectations coming here. Boxcar Pizza delivered! I went with the Viktor Vaughn pizza. The pizza came with mozzarella, cheddar, kale, red onions, ricotta, mama lil's peppers, and pesto. I got it with a side of red sauce for dipping which I recommend. The pizza was very tasty. Plenty of flavor. It was a bit rich and filling for plenty of vegan cheese was used. Perhaps a touch less vegan cheese and other pizza pies with more veggies would be nice. I like that this pizza had plenty of veggies on it. I just got this and was able to eat it all. Each pizza serves one to two depending on your appetite. If you come with a friend or spouse might be good to split one and order a Kale Caesar salad to share.Viktor Vaughn is the real name of Dr. Doom who happens to be the arch enemy of the Fantastic Four in the Marvel Comics. Viktor Vaughn is also a British rapper. There are many different kinds of pizza here and am so happy that a vegan pizza place delivers tasty vegan pizza. I hope they open up branches in other cities.Recommended!"
