"I had very high expectations for this place and was extremely underwhelmed. My boyfriend and I went to Sweet Auburn Seafood and had a reservation for 9PM. We asked if we could sit by the band and were told no. We were sat at a 2 seater small table in the back by the window and my boyfriend asked if we could sit at one of the open tables that were not next to the window and was told we couldn't sit there because we were a party of 2 and those were for the parties of 4. We sat down and the waitress sat 3 parties of 2 people at 3 tables of 4 seats where we had asked to sit, so she blatantly lied about it. We ordered a Seafood Spinach appetizer, crab cake with sweet potatoes and my boyfriend ordered the lamb chops with kale and truffle fries. We waited 35 minutes and our entrees came out. The appetizer never made it to the table. My boyfriend asked for his lamb chops to be medium and they were completely well done. The truffle fries were regular fries that they threw some parmesan cheese on top. The only thing good about the meal were the sweet potatoes and sautéed kale, which is why I gave two stars. The manager came over and apologized for our meal almost after we were done eating and offered to remake the lamb chops. The food took so long to come out we didn't even bother getting them remade. We will not be returning and if you want good live music, food and drinks, go to Sweet Georgia's Juke Joint instead."
