Sweet chick has taken a turn for the worse. Expensive food, mediocre quality, fast-food style food. They even ask you to clear your tray, very disappointing from what it used to be.

This place was an Ehh for me. We went to the one on Flatbush first. Mind you they had a B letter grade. Came to this location. You basically serve yourself. Nobody asks you if you're okay, if your food is good, nothing. They bring your food on a tray in boxes. If I'm eating food that needs to be cut I need a plate. The Honey garlic chicken wasn't all that. The original chicken is good. Not sure if or when I would even come back.

The food is good..didn't like the fact that a tip is automatically included with the bill..even though no one is actually serving you or checking to see if you need anything..which normally goes down at a restaurant.The waitress is there to assist you with your dining experience..not having to call them over constantly for water, straws etc..My question is what's the gratuity for if I'm feeling like I'm bothering and I'm here at your establishment to be served
