Sweetberry Bowls - Menu

The salad was tasty, and our Playa bowls were amazing. It was my first time trying one, and I’m definitely hooked now. The two young ladies at the counter were very friendly.

Most awful poke poke I’ve ever had the rice was RAW like literally hard. Didn’t have time to say anything because I had to leave but just straight up raw. They also just didn’t have a lot ingredients

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap a chicken Cesar wrap and it was by far the most disgusting wrap. Everything was soggy and foil was stuck on the wrap. Will not be ordering from there again, do not recommend overpriced. View menu

I used to love the coconut bowls at this restaurant, but I've started to steer clear because of the unresponsive staff and the loud, bothersome music. On top of that, they often close before their listed hours on Google, which is quite frustrating.

Used to love this place, basically got a poke bowl atleast once a week! Unfortunately it's fallen off and it seems lately I always have an issue. Wrong ingredients in my bowl, no longer offering sushi rice, wrong smoothie, shrimp tails still on in the bowl, long waits while the store is empty- so disappointed because it was so good! RIP to the points and gift cards I have but maybe I'll just travel further to another location.

I called Sweetberry Bowls at 7:21 to place a quick order for pickup but didn't get a response. When I arrived at 7:30, the staff informed me they were closed and not serving customers. I understand they close at 8, but there was still half an hour left before closing time. If they actually close at 7:30, they should update their website. Otherwise, employees should be able to serve customers at least 30 minutes before closing, especially when it comes to the menu. View menu

I have been very disappointed with my last two visits to this restaurant. The music being played was explicit and had vulgar language, making it unsuitable to bring my 10-year-old child. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, but the staff are immature, careless, and rude. The fruit bowls, which have always been great, now seem to have less fruit and granola and more icy fruit mix at the bottom. Despite this decrease in value, the prices have increased. I will not be returning.

I experience good customer service during my visit to Sweetberry Bloomfield; employees help me navigate Vegan options then make me a custom PokeBowl with Tofu (barely taste the tofu alone), Mango Bits (which have a smooth texture with a subtle cool freshness), Carrots (more for crunch, a healthy addition), Crispy Flakes (which taste good alone), and the star of the meal is the lemon-vinaigrette sauce (I empty both sauce containers quick, all the sauce on my food). I like the interior design of the facility, good vibes during my visit. The establishment takes different forms of payment.

For starters, both items ordered were a dollar more than what was on the menu. My friend ordered the wild berry coconut bowl which she said was good (hence the 2 stars). The sweet grass smoothie was way too watery and had no flavor at all. The worse part of my experience was the customer service. When I first walked in, 2 members were just yelling and talking in the back about personal matters. The staff member then came to the front on the phone remained on FaceTime while I ordered and while she made my order. She then just stared at the computer for a solid minute while talking on the phone before asking if I wanted anything else. Also all the chairs were still up midday. Weird. View menu
