Bland and cold . Food handling is not to health standards definitely witnessed cross contamination( you don’t just wipe your knife on a towel)

The food here is fantastic, although the service can be a bit slow. I enjoyed a wrap and also purchased a turkey sandwich, both of which were delicious. I will definitely be back!

The food is good. The prices are great for the quality of said food. But really the best reason to visit is the staff. Everyone who works here is genuinely friendly. I always leave with a smile on my face.

I need to follow a gluten-free diet for health reasons, and this restaurant offers a fantastic variety of options! My favorite dish is the shrimp Mediterranean bowl. It's delicious, served in generous portions, and I've never experienced any negative health effects after eating here!

The Vegan selections are very delicious. The cozy restaurant is set up for dine-in or take out. They have prepared meals for on-the-go. I highly recommend the red beans rice and the really fresh margarita pizza. My daughter really likes their black bean mushroom (vegan) burger. The pizza crust is thin crispy the fresh mozzarella cheese is in perfect amounts to the tomato fresh basil. The chef prepares meals on site. The cashier wait staff was friendly helpful. Clean safe environment.

Decided to check out SWEGS today. I am from Texas and it reminds me a lot of SNAP kitchen- fresh, healthy eats where some meals are packed to go or you can order and dine in/carry out. I ordered the BBQ shrimp and cauliflower grits and and Asian tuna salad to go. It took about 10 minutes for prep but every big was fresh and appetizing. My only complaint is when I got home I had no salad dressing in my bag side note:since the pandemic I have found that just about every to go order, no matter where I go, ends up being incomplete. I should have checked before leaving but only had about 30 minutes to get the food back from work break.... It should have come with an Asian vinaigrette but luckily... View menu
