Swift Cafe - Menu

This place was a good find. The staff was friendly and very professional , the chef even came out to greet. The food was beyond amazing and came out in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely recommend trying this place if you’re considering. This isgreat for vegetarians/ vegans also.

The host is so friendly, sadly deserves to work somewhere better. The wait for food is exaggerated and the food is okay, reminds me of BJ's restaurant, same price as well. I heard the chef screaming at her staff in front of the customers. Completely disrespectful to her staff and by ownership....

I went to a dinner catered by Chef Kyndra of Swift Cafe and it was just... SO DAMN GOOD. I can't wait to try her restaurant. Everything was super fresh, really flavorful and beautifully presented. I enjoyed some of the best meals in Los Angeles at Swift. Although it can take a bit of time and they sometimes have unexpected closures, the exceptional quality of the food more than compensates for any inconvenience. Additionally, it’s a cozy, owner-operated restaurant with a lively atmosphere. I strongly recommend dining in; you’ll really miss out on the experience if you opt for takeout.

My boyfriend and I went for lunch and both tried the jerk chicken. It was one of the most flavorful meals I've ever had in Los Angeles—delicious, yet nuanced and sophisticated. We also enjoyed some complimentary rum cake because we had to wait a bit longer than anticipated, and it was absolutely delightful! The music playlist was fantastic, and our waitress was incredibly sweet. We'll definitely be returning!

I had the pleasure of chatting with Chef Kyndra, the mastermind behind the menu, and she is truly remarkable. Her passion for the food shone through as she explained her vision for each dish. She aims to provide a healthy soul food option for Inglewood, which I absolutely appreciate, while maintaining bold flavors. My friend, who is also a chef and a tough critic, had nothing but praise for the food, which is quite rare! This Salmon was mighty good. I was honestly in the mood for salmon since I haven't had the energy to cook this week and I've been eating tf out if tofu, so I was like, let's order some grub. I came across Swift Cafe and the picture of the Salmon withrice and greens looked bombed af and down right didn't disappoint. This platter was cooked fully, SEASONED fully, and the greensactually had FLAVOR! Tooo many restaurants add Spring Mix, Lettuce, Spinach, etc on the side with NO FLAVOR. Literally justdressing if you're lucky, but everything about this platter was extremely delicious! I'm very satisfied and I wouldn't mindcoming back!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! WHEN I TELL YOU THE FOOD TAKES FOR REAL OVER 40-45 min TO COME. I ordered a burger and waited forever. I won't lie the food is good and the inside is cute. But if you eat here get ready for waiting a crazy long time and getting bad service. We tried to talk to the chef/boss to ask her about the time and she refuses to ever meet with anybody or say why. She actually sent her staff back to us to tell us she's not there even though one; we HEARD her and two; theres clearly someone cooking/a manager on site. Mind you this has happened more than once to me so. . . Be careful, only come if you're willing to wait a long time otherwise just go somewhere quicker to save time.

I’ve been wanting to try Swift for months and I’m mad I waited this long to eat here. Listen, the atmosphere, menu, and food is BOMB. My palette has to be touched in a special way to feel compelled enough to write a review. The flavors, the quality ofthe ingredients, the artistry put into each dish, the presentation.
