"When I inquired about drink prices, the male manager told me the cost for margaritas: $22.95 for a pitcher and $11.50 for a Margarona. I opted for the Margarona, though those prices are outrageous! At La Parilla in Athens, you can get an entire pitcher for $13.95 on weekends and a Margarona for $9, and the quality of food, drinks, service, and customer care is far superior. When the bill arrived, I was charged $14.50 for the Margarona. I brought this to the waitress's attention, who informed the female manager, a hefty woman. She approached me and claimed that the price was incorrect, offering to write down the prices from their system. I suggested that wasn't needed, but she proceeded anyway. At that moment, the male manager who quoted me the prices walked in. They conferred, and she returned to my table to start explaining the different prices for margaritas. I stopped her, asserting it wasn’t necessary. She then insisted that the male manager said I had been quoted the correct price, and when I questioned if she was accusing me of lying, she replied, “Yes, he said he never told you that.” Naturally, I was upset and requested for him to come forward. I confronted him, and he admitted, “Yes, I actually did tell you that.” There was no apology offered, and the female manager merely rolled her eyes, instructed him to credit the difference, muttered something to him in Spanish, and walked away. I've never been treated this way in any establishment. If they want to have specific prices, they should stop being so cheap and at least print menus or learn the prices. The male manager has been there since they opened, so he should be well-acquainted with the costs. My friend ordered two Micaladas, which she was told were $7 each but ended up being charged $9 each, and they did nothing to rectify that, either. I could elaborate on all my negative experiences with this establishment, but we'd be here all day. To summarize, they’ve messed up my order almost every time I’ve visited, thrown a bag of tacos at my friend (the same female manager), and left items out of to-go orders. It's my fault for continuing to return, but I will NEVER go back again! I share my awful experiences with everyone in hopes they avoid this place and don’t have to endure such disrespect."

In town for the holidays needed a break from the turkey! Large varied menu ,great choices, plenty of food Plenty of inside seating the only problem was that some of the wait staff were not wearing masks

Over the past year, we've been ordering takeout from Tabasco once a week. Tonight, we decided to eat in the restaurant, and we were really disappointed. We had to swat away flies from our food the entire time! We mentioned it to the waitress twice, but we felt ignored. There were dirty dishes and a trash can in plain sight in the dining room. If this is how the dining area looks, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. It's frustrating because we genuinely want to support local eateries, but they need to prioritize basic sanitation.
