"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The cashier took around 12 minutes to take my order and then informed me that they only had water available, with no other drink options. They were rude throughout the entire process and even argued with me. When I pulled out my card to pay, the cashier snapped at me, saying, “Don’t rush me!” It took 20 minutes for our food to arrive, and everything was wrong except for the soft taco. The restaurant was also uncomfortably hot, with a temperature around 90 degrees. When I requested corrections, they complained about it. The entire staff was unfriendly and slow. I will definitely not be coming back here again."

Took over 25 minutes in the drive through for 3 cars. Repeated order back to the person taking orders roughly 4 times before they got it correct. At the window for pickup, the order was still incorrect with the burrito being cold.

The food I received was cold and not cooked properly. Over the past six months, this Taco Bell has really declined, and it's quite frustrating. I understand that it's a business and a way to make money, but serving undercooked food can seriously make someone ill.
