"Absolute worst Taco Bell -AVOID-This particular TB is the closest to work when i get off, recent visit (2-2-24, 11pm) was by far the worst experience I've ever had with fast food. Firstly they ignored me at the drive through, had to pull up to the window to order(was told they shut off the drive through camera). After ordering i was told to pull around and wait on my order, after waiting 5-6 mins i see the guy behind me take off with my order. After hoping that wasn't my order i waited another 5 mins while the girl who took my order went to break with three other dudes. 10 mins goes by and a girl walks out and i ask her were my order went as she looks confused at my receipt. She takes that and i wait another 10 mins for a guy to come out with a grease saturated bag. after looking through my order i am missing 3 items. I am never coming back to this location as they take your money and you get less than half of what you ordered."

We went through their drive thru today. We ordered the cheesy gordita crunch, quesadilla and soft tacos. Everything was super salty. The soft tacos and the cheesy Gordita crunch tasted like they were prepared in advance. We discontinued eating the food because it tasted bad. It truly was a waste of money.

He noticed this and corrected it by coming to out and ensuring I had order these items. After that he provided me the missing items from my order. That I hadn't noticed either.He did great. I hope to see more of this.

My order was correct for the most part, had to ask for the cups for the drinks I ordered. It looks like they didn't remember that I had ordered them. The restaurant itself was a little dirty. I know there's a bunch of Hardcore Taco Bell lovers out there but I managed to Taco Bell for several years and I'm not a big fan. I do eat there on occasion but it's usually because somebody I'm with wants to go there. It just tastes like the same stuff and slightly different forms over and over. Quality is so so and the price isn't really cheap anymore by all means. Every restaurant has gone up in their price but there are many restaurants that don't charge really anymore money but have a lot better food in my opinion. Just putting that out there.

We were in a pinch and needed some food quick. I usually get 6 burritos and have the contents of 2 burritos put into a bowl (for a total of thee bowls) so it's easier to eat in the car. This is the first time we've been to this location and when we opened the container, there was almost nothing in it. It looked like peanut butter smeared into a playing card.I paid almost $24 dollars for three of these bowls and I feel totally taken. I ended up having to make a full dinner anyway.What can explain this? Is it Biden's raging inflation? Greedy franchisee? Incompetent employees? Whatever the train, I will never, EVER go to any YUM restaurants again.
