"Food and service is horrible! Management is absolutely deplorable! I spent $68 on food, everything was wrong, and the main burrito wasn't even there! Called back to talk to a manager, the manager immediately got defensive, said it was all correct that he made it himself, then lied and said the missing burrito was asked to be taken off at the window... ok then why did I still pay for it? He kept over talking and yelling at me! I finally had to raise my voice and tell him if you would listen and let me explain, he then hung up! I called back multiple times till he finally picked up the phone again! If I had to choose between getting beat by a bat and ordering here again... I'd choose the beating, save yourself the time and money, just don't do it!"

I consistently receive the wrong food whenever I visit. Additionally, I found the restaurant closed an hour earlier than their listed hours during my last visit.

Quick line and friendly person in the window. The command was there. 4 stars put acid cream in undercooked Queensadilla instead of the normal cup on the side. Both were sticky, 1 was creamy ruined half of the elements.

The gal in front of me was assisted by the manager, Mariah. When she was ordering the manager was rude, rushed her and rolled her eyes. That is absolutely not acceptable. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because another employee whohelped me was kind, helpful and patient. I don?t know how anyone lasts there while working under a manager like that.

The people that work here are incompetent. They do not care and have no pride. I ordered $75 worth of food for delivery and only received a few items. I'm sure that they probably took it for themselves. This wasn't one or two items that they forgot. This isalso not the first time this has happened. NOT ENOUGH MEAT pause… but seriously I don’t like reviewing fast food chain restaurants because they are all the same but out of all the tacos bells I’ve never gotten 3 lettuce Doritos locos tacos I never saw such a small amount of meat added to a item the amount of meat in all 3 of these was the same amount as one that’s properly made which is crazy only good part was the shell not worth the price for it very disappointing

I visited on April 9, 2024, which was a Tuesday. The restaurant ensures that you get plenty of ingredients and isn’t stingy at all. You can truly savor the flavors of the food. My order was served hot too. The customer service was excellent, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Lauren R and the African American girl working the drive-thru; they both had great attitudes that made me want to come back every time. The person preparing the food really impressed me—they made everything look just like the pictures and tasted amazing.
